The industry seeks leaders and managers who can leverage AI to address
business challenges, drive organizational transformation, and disrupt traditional
business models. It is imperative to develop leaders who can align AI with
organizational strategies and harness it as a competitive advantage. In response
to this need, we propose the introduction of a Master of Business Administration
programme - AI for Business designed specifically for working professionals.
The global AI and machine learning in business market was valued at US$ 120.9
bn in 2022, and is projected to reach US$ 190.5 billion by 2032, growing at a
CAGR of 32% from 2023 to 2032.

Note: Choice of Electives is made available to enrolled students at the beginning of each semester. Students' choice will be
taken a s one of the factors while deciding on the Electives offered. However, Electives finally offered will be at the discretion of
the Institute.
Important: For every course in the programme, institute will recommend textbooks,
students would need to procure these textbooks on their own.
AI in Finance
Applications of AI in risk management and credit scoring, fraud detection and anomaly
identification, algorithmic trading and portfolio optimization, predictive analytics for financial
forecasting, customer segmentation and personalized financial services, conversational AI
tools like robo-advisors and chatbots, sentiment analysis for market insights, ethical
considerations and compliance with regulations like GDPR and Basel III, integration of
future trends in blockchain-enabled AI, decentralized finance (DeFi), and AI-driven
sustainable finance.
FinOps for AI 4
Key concepts in AI infrastructure cost management and financial sustainability, cloud
computing models and cost optimization strategies, budgeting and forecasting for AI
projects, evaluating ROI and cost-benefit analysis for AI initiatives, governance and
accountability in FinOps frameworks, financial risk management in AI implementation,
scaling AI applications with financial efficiency, integration of emerging trends in edge AI,
open- source AI adoption, and cloud pricing models for financial optimization.
Management of AI Products
Foundational principles of AI product management, understanding the role of data in
AI-driven product lifecycles, developing product roadmaps and strategies for AI-powered
solutions, feature prioritization and market analysis for AI products, rapid prototyping using
low-code tools, post-deployment monitoring and scaling strategies, collaboration between
technical and non-technical teams, addressing ethical challenges and regulatory
compliance, adaptability for incorporating trends in explainable AI and evolving product
frameworks.
Human-centric AI
Human-centered AI design principles emphasizing transparency, fairness, and inclusivity,
user experience design for accessible and intuitive AI systems, enhancing human
capabilities through AI collaboration, ethical frameworks for bias and accountability in AI
models, applications in domains like healthcare, customer service, and assistive
technologies, adaptive systems for continuous improvement based on user feedback,
emerging innovations in human-machine interaction, and governance of human-centric AI
systems.
Students can take their examination at any of our 36 designated examination centres in India
at the following locations:
● South Zone: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysore, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Kochi,
Thiruvananthapuram, Hosur, Madurai, Kancheepuram, Coimbatore.
● North Zone: Delhi NCR, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow,
Bhilwara, Udaipur, Pilani.
● West Zone: Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Ahilya Nagar, Goa, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat,
Indore, Nagpur.
● East Zone: Kolkata, Guwahati, Jamshedpur, Bhubaneswar.
In addition to these locations, the Institution also has a designated examination
centre in Dubai.
In Semester 7 (Final Semester), the student will be doing Dissertation/Project Work as per
the Institution’s guidelines.

● Indian students, who are temporarily based out of India, can also avail of online
examinations on request by meeting the above-mentioned requirements of the institute.

Employer Consent Form. Complete the Employer Consent Form. This form needs to be signed and
stamped by your organisation’s HR or any other authorised signatory of the company.
Important: In view of work-from-home policies mandated by many organisations, a few candidates may
not be able to get the physical forms signed by their HR/other authorised organisational representative.
Such candidates may instead request an email approval to be sent to their official email ID by the HR
using the format available through this link.
On page 4, complete the Mentor Consent Form, Due to remote work policies, some candidates
which needs to be signed by your Mentor. may struggle to get physical mentor signatures.

The innovative Work Integrated Learning Programs (WILP) of BITS Pilani are
quite aligned with the above definition and requirements. The programs are
designed in collaboration with its industry partners, subject matter experts from
industry and academia that enable the students to remain relevant in their
chosen profession, grow in their career and retain the habit of lifelong learning.
The continued availability of workplace related experiences along with the
weekly instruction sessions promote integration of theory with practice. An active
participation of the organization mentor in the learning process of the student
plays a key role. Case studies, simulation exercises, labs and projects further
strengthen this integration.
● Can pursue the programme without any career break and along with the job.
● Contact sessions with faculty take place mostly over weekends or after
business hours and are conducted over a technology platform that can be
accessed from anywhere.
● Mid semester and End semester examinations for every semester are
conducted mostly at designated examination centres distributed across the
country (for details refer to link mode of examinations).
