PREP COMPONENTS
Cut Lumber To Length Pocket Holes
1. Measure and Cut 2x4”s as shown in cut sheets provided. 1. Drill pocket holes in both ends of each 19” vertical support piece.
(All 4 pocket holes should be on the same face of the board.)

Assemble Frame Components
1. Align the Long Side Frame components as show below
2. Fasten components together using 2.5” pocket hole screws

Assemble Frame Cut Top Cap Components
1. Orient the frame sides as shown below makeing sure the pocket holes Cut the Top Cap components as shown in the cut sheets.
are facing inward.
2. Fasten the sides together using 3” deck screws
(Using clamps to hold the assembly in place is helpful while screwing everything
together)

Pocket Holes Assemble The Top Cap
Drill pocket holes in both ends of each 91” piece. Align the top cap as shown below and fasten with 2.5” pocket hole screws.
(All 4 pocket holes should be on the same face of the board.)

Attach The Top Cap
1. Set the top cap on top of the frame.
2. Align so that it overhangs the frame by 1” on all sides
3. Attach to the frame using 3” deck screws

SIDE PANELS
Cut Side Panels Attach Side Panels
1. Cut the corrugated panels to length (42” and 92”) as shown below. 1. Attach the side panels using 1” self tapping roofing screws.
(This can be done with tin snips, or metal cutting saw) 2. Repeat this process for all metal panels.
