Methods
1. Cream the butter and sugar with the help of paddle in a bowl.
2. When the mix has creamed on room temperature scrape in between.
3. Mix all the dry ingredients together flour, baking powder, soda, salt.
4. Fold in the creamed mixture.
5. Make 20 grams roundels, arrange in a tray at a distance and bake at 170* C
for 10 to 12 mins.
