Scope of Work and Deliverables:
Reine Logik will execute the following phases of the project to ensure a successful outcome:

Research Stage:
• Finalize and document the technical requirements for the system.
• Confirm hardware and server specifications (if applicable).
• Finalize the design and development plan for the system.
• Define and document the full, in-depth scope of the project.
Planning Stage:
• Establish the primary goals for user pathways and interactions.
• Define the overall website flow and structure.
• Identify and outline key modules and features.
• Determine the total project timeline.
• Prepare wireframes to visualize the user interface and experience.
System Design:
• Finalize the graphical design elements (color scheme, overall look and feel, etc.).
• Finalize the layout and structural design of the system.
• Complete the system design documentation and structure.
• Develop all graphical assets (excluding logos and any marketing elements which will
be provided by the client).
Technology:
• The backend will be developed using Laravel, while React will be utilized for the
frontend.
Quality Assurance:
• Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure code integrity and a bug-free application.
• Configure and set up the host server.
• Complete migration to the live server and ensure smooth deployment.

Project Modules:
The following modules will be developed for the management system to efficiently handle
all aspects of the client's operations. Each module will be designed with specific features to
meet the unique needs of the ICT training center, based on detailed discussions with the
project stakeholders. A comprehensive document outlining each module’s functionality will
be provided prior to the development phase. Reine Logik encourages stakeholders to
thoroughly review the documentation and offer feedback before development begins. Below
is the list of modules that will be included in the system as part of the development work:

Website for End Users


An end user is referred to users who visit the website to check information such as
Students, Guardians and Others. The website will have the following options:
• Home page
• Courses
• Photo gallery
• Branches
• Results
• About us
• Contact us
• Login option (Branch / Central)

1. The home page will have the following options which can be managed from the
central admin panel:
• Noticeboard
• Hero Section Content: Heading, Image/Video
• Top courses
• All courses
• Success stories slide
• Reviews from students
• Performance
• Message from founder/chairman
• Featured photos
• Registration process
• Footer
2. The courses section will contain information regarding available courses, course
fee etc. Each course will have a detailed page with its information and registration
process information.
3. The photo gallery section will have the photos uploaded from the admin panel.
4. The branches page will have all the branch list which can be filtered by division &
district.
5. In the results page, marksheet/certificate can be seen using roll/registration
number.

6. The page about us will have information about the training center which can be
managed from the admin panel.
7. The contact us page will contain contact information, location and a contact
form.
8. The login option will be reserved for users (Employee/Admin) from branches and
central office. They can login to their respective panel using this option.

Admin Panel
1. There will be two types of users who can login to the admin panel:
• Branch users (Employee)
• Central users (Employee/Admin)
2. Dashboard: The dashboard will contain information on active courses, active
students, total students, total certified students etc.
3. Branch Management: Central admin will be able to create branches and manage
(edit/delete) them.
4. User Management: Central admin will be able to create employees for the central
office or specific branch and manage them.
5. Student Registration: Branch users can register students on a specific course with
the required information. This information can be downloaded/printed.
6. Admit Card Management: Central users/admin can create admit cards for
successfully registered students. Roll and registration numbers will be generated
automatically for the students. Users will be able to download/print admit cards
according to the provided format.
7. Exam Management: Central users/admin can create an exam for a specific course
of a session and manage them.
8. Marksheet Management: Central users/admin will be able to create & manage
marksheets of students for specific courses after the exam completion of those
courses. The marksheets can be downloaded/printed as provided formats.
9. Certificate Management: Certificates will be generated according to the
marksheet. They can be downloaded/printed as provided format. Also certificated
can be verified from the ‘Results’ page by providing roll/registration number.
10. SMS Notification: Student will be notified about the results via SMS notification
after central users/admins clicks notify option. Also, birthday wishes will be sent
to students automatically via SMS.

Project Timeline:
The entire project is expected to be completed within 20-30 working days from the date of
receiving the official work order and initial payment.

Domain and hosting server (or cost) will be provided by client.

Payment Schedule:
The following payment schedule will apply as per prior discussions regarding the project:

2. Upon handover of the completed project 50%

Warranty:
Reine Logik will provide bug testing and cosmetic change support free of charge. Any major
architectural changes will require further discussion and may incur additional costs, which
will be mutually agreed upon by both parties. Reine Logik will offer a 2-month warranty and
free support, which covers:
1. The developed and tested features (both User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System
Quality Assurance (SQA)) will function as per the requirements.
2. All login attempts will be logged within the application.
3. Bug fixes or errors that are identified even after UAT and SQA will be addressed.

Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
1. Failures caused by third-party server or hardware-related issues.
2. Inaccurate or false data entered by system users on the client's side.
3. Unauthorized sharing of usernames and passwords by system users for personal
profit.
4. Lack of proper system maintenance by the client, despite receiving adequate
training.

Responsibilities:
• The client is responsible for providing all content (e.g., logo, banner, featured images,
product descriptions).
• All necessary documents and signed approvals must be submitted prior to starting
the work.
• The client will provide a dedicated person or team to handle and test the application.

Terms & Conditions:


• The project stakeholders will retain full control over the project.
• Reine Logik can offer monthly support if required, at an additional maintenance
charge.
• Development work will commence only after the official work order is issued and the
user interface has been approved by the project stakeholders.
• Development will proceed in accordance with the "Requirement File."
• Any additional requirements beyond the original scope will incur extra charges.
• The project timeline will begin once the official confirmation/work order, payment,
and final requirement analysis are received.
• Payments should be made via an account payee check or cash to Reine Logik.
• The client will provide all necessary content, including domain, hosting, banners,
images, text-related content, before the development work starts.
• Reine Logik assumes that the client has obtained permission for the use of any
images or design elements provided for inclusion in the project and will protect Reine
Logik from any claims or legal action arising from the use of such materials.
• Reine Logik retains the right to showcase graphics and other web content elements
as part of their portfolio or in other promotional materials. Additionally, Reine Logik
reserves the right to place a discreet text link at the bottom of the application.
