Unjust Termination Without Due Process
Unjust Termination Without Due Process
Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unethical and Unfair Employment Practices at Jisora
(Jisora.com), Jaipur
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding unethical and unfair employment practices I
was subjected to during my tenure at Jisora (also known as Jisora.com), a company based in
Jaipur, Rajasthan.
I was employed with Jisora from 19th April 2024 to 5th April 2025. During this period, and
particularly at the time of my termination, I experienced several incidents that I believe are in
violation of the principles of fair employment and may contravene Indian labour laws.
1.
Furthermore, no notice period was provided, nor any time allowed for me to find alternative
employment. If such an immediate termination is deemed legal under Indian labour law, I am
prepared to accept the consequence. However, the lack of a fair process and opportunity to be
heard was both unjust and distressing.
2.
During the termination meeting, I was verbally insulted and humiliated by one of the company’s
founders, Mr. Tushar Sethi. He used a loud, aggressive tone and made a body-shaming remark:
Subsequently, I was coerced into visiting the office again and submitting a written apology to Mr.
Sethi in order to obtain my work documents. I found this to be emotionally manipulative and
highly unprofessional.
3.
Despite repeated polite requests, the company has refused to issue my experience letter and a
hard copy of my offer letter. This refusal has negatively impacted my ability to apply for new jobs
and has created an unexplained gap in my employment history.
4.
As per my offer letter, my official working hours were to be from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. However,
I was consistently forced to report by 9:30 AM without any written communication or
compensation for the additional time spent. This can be verified through attendance or biometric
records if needed.
1. Initiate an impartial inquiry into the employment and human resource practices at Jisora,
Jaipur.
2. Direct the employer to immediately release my experience letter and a hard copy of my
offer letter.
3. Review the issue of unapproved early reporting and recommend fair compensation for
the same.
4. Take appropriate steps to ensure that no other employee faces such treatment in the
future.
I am fully prepared to cooperate with any investigation and can provide further documentation or
testimony as needed. My aim is not only to seek justice for myself but also to protect and
promote a fair and respectful work culture for others.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Himanshu Meghavanshi
