TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. GST @18% extra on the above quoted prices.
2. 70% Advance and balance 30% before dispatch from our site.
3. Once the product is ready, the same will be intimated to customer with Picture’s /
Video’s for balance payment process.
4. Site not ready condition for not taking delivery will not be accepted as reason for delay
in balance payment. Payments term under no circumstances will be changed or altered.

5. Delivery will be 2-3 weeks from the date of Confirmed PO along with advance.
6. Transportation charges will be extra at the actuals
7. 5. Changes after accepting the Final Confirmation/Drawing will be charged extra.
8. 6. Validity of the quote is for 15 days only.
9. Unloading at site is Customer scope; proper Harness should be used and experienced Crane
operators to be engaged for unloading. Any un-toward incidents during unloading is under
customer Scope (damage to the Interiors /Exterior) will be charged at actuals including
Transportation charges for Materials and Man power.
