blming location and setting for the SML
Movies. Logan originally bought the
house in 2016 and lived in it until 2022, Live! Chat – Discord
when he decided to move to Chilly’s
house. However, he still owns the SML +95 JOIN THE CHAT

House and is currently using it as a work

Layout

First Floor
When one enters the house, to the right is the formal dining room, and to the left is
an oxce where Logan used to edit his SML videos. The oxce is now used as storage.
Further down the hallway to the right is the stairs that lead to the second |oor and to
the left is the master bedroom with two closets and a master bathroom where Logan
slept in. As Logan no longer lives in the house, the master bedroom is now unused.

At the end of the hallway is the main living room with three couches, a big screen TV
with shelves beside it, and an artibcial breplace. In the same area there is another
dining area with a door that leads to the backyard, and beside it is the kitchen
complete with an island, breakfast bar and walk-in pantry. Adjacent is the laundry
room with a door that leads to the garage. Next to the laundry room is the guest
bathroom.

Second Floor
The Game Room - A room with a TV and a green screen. This is where many SML
videos start and primarily take place (where characters often either watch TV or
play video games on the TV) and where fan mail openings used to take place in
here (Logan no longer does fan mails after his break up with Chilly, Lance does
fan mails with Audrey now). There is a Nintendo 64 table, and a Spiderman toy
from fan mail there. It is directly above the kitchen and looks out into the
backyard and the lake. In SML Movies, the room also became a secondary living
room in which Mario, Rosalina, Je[y, Junior, Joseph, Cody, and sometimes
Black Yoshi and Chef Pee Pee would commonly hang out and watch TV in this
room.
Red Room/Bowser's Room - A red painted room where Bowser resides and
watches Charleyyy and Friends. In real life, this was Tito's Room before Tito
moved into a blue room (Bowser Junior’s Old Room) as seen in this vlog after
Bowser Junior moved into the playroom in “Bowser Junior’s New Room!” in SML
Movies before moving out. The room is now mostly unused with Bowser not
being in videos that much lately.
Playroom/Bowser Junior, Chef Pee Pee, & Je[y's New Bedroom - The most
common room in videos where children including, Junior, Joseph, Cody, and
Je[y would play with toys. The recent parts of the Playtime series took place in
here. There are containers with toys and a Doofy-O's box, and a magnetic board
with letters, that, when shown, have a message on it. Bowser Junior moved into
this room in “Bowser Junior’s New Room!,” along with Chef Pee Pee. During that
time, a bunk bed was added where Junior and Chef Pee Pee can sleep in. This
room also became Je[y’s new bedroom as well with his crib being added in
with the other stu[ (until it was presumably removed after Je[y began to sleep
in the bunk bed as revealed in “Je[y The Monkey!” where he was believed to
started sleeping in it). Chef Pee Pee hasn’t been seen sleeping in this room in
recent videos, so it’s possible he moved out of this room.
Bowser Junior & Je[y's Old Bedroom/Hospital - A formerly blue painted room
where it used to be Junior’s old bedroom including a Thomas bed where Junior
used to sleep in. This room also brie|y became Je[y’s old bedroom, in which his
crib was also in there (after the classroom set was created) where he used to
sleep there. The room wasn't really seen that much in videos except in scenes
involving Junior or Je[y sleeping. After Bowser Jr. moved into the playroom,
this room brie|y only became Je[y's bedroom only, until Mario later moved
Je[y and his old crib into the Playroom as well in "Je[y's Backpack!". The room
later became Tito’s new bedroom, now being painted a teal color (similar to the
Master Bedroom/Logan’s bedroom), as seen in a vlog. After Tito moved out, the
room became a secondary storage unit in the house, where the puppet clothes
are stored in. This room also became the hospital, where doctor scenes happen.
Kid’s/Bowser Junior & Je[y's Bathroom - A Thomas based bathroom. It's used
by Bowser Junior and Je[y. Bowser Junior was shot and killed by Black Yoshi in
here after he wanted him to wipe him in Black Yoshi The Assistant!. Logan also
once had to rush in there to wash o[ Junior after he got lasagna on him during
the blming of Bowser Junior's Big Spill!.
Classroom - A room that is currently being used as the classroom set for the
Days of School Series and other videos/scenes involving the children in school.
The room includes a closet (also used as a storage unit), a teacher desk with an
iMac (an old personal one Logan used to use before replacing it with newer
one(s) for himself), a blackboard with chalk, student desks, a star chart, and
posters. The room had also been used as Je[y's bedroom in the brst few videos
before Je[y and his crib were moved to Junior's room later to become the old
room in First Day of School!. This room has since been treated as a classroom in
a separate building apart from the house in SML Shorts & Movies.
The Multi-Purpose/Football Room - A room Logan uses to watch football and in
dedication to Tom Brady, with a Tom Brady wallpaper on the walls (formerly grey
painted walls) and New England Patriots’ jerseys Logan wore at various Super
Bowls signed by Tom Brady, and a closet full of puppets and plushes, and the
entrance to The Secret Door Room. This room is also used as a bctional movie
theater cinema in Bowser Junior Sneaks Into A Movie!, Je[y Sneaks Out!, Roy’s
Cool Lessons!, and in The Hypnosis Gun! with the couch recliners simulating
cinema seats.
The Secret Door Room/Secondary Attic - A room where Does Bad Things Guy
used to live and kill people in. It was also the room where the Powerpu[ Girls
scene was blmed in, as well as a scene with clowns in the 2016 Halloween
special, “Happy Halloween!”. Originally, it was an attic, but when Logan moved
in, he turned it into a room, and added a window that faces the front yard, as
well as the infamous dungeon styled door. The old entrance was located in the
garage, but has since been blocked o[. After The Secret Door video, Logan
turned it into a storage room. Logan had once considered converting this room
into Bowser's new bedroom during Bowser Jr. and Je[y’s bedroom switches in
2019, but has seemed to abandoned that idea, possibly due to the room being
too small to place Bowser’s bed, drawers, and TV, as well as no ventilation in
that room, making the room too hot to blm in, even though he mentioned he
would add air conditioning in there in a vlog. This room remains being a storage
unit for now, with an air conditioner added in 2021.

Third Floor
The Attic - An attic that has insulation and some items for storage. It appeared
in The Magical Button! and Say Cheese and Bye!.

Trivia
As of 2022, Logan now uses this house as a work/blming place, as he now lives
with Chilly to take of/raise their daughter, Lilly, at her new house (where he
mentioned it as an "undisclosed location").

He did say to the fans in a vlog that if they want to meet him, they would
have to go to The SML Store at the Cordova Mall on days that him and the
crew are there for meet and greets to meet him now.
Mr. Goodman asking Marvin for "house payments" commonly in videos led
to a speculation by fans that the house could be in a mortgage or rental.
But in "Je[y’s Swimming Pool!", it was revealed that the house is in a
homeowner association community, and Marvin could potentially be
paying monthly fees. The average monthly HOA fee cost in the state of
Florida is $100-500/month; Marvin owed/paid $500 for the house in
"Je[y’s Piggy Bank!". But in other videos, the monthly fee had
dramatically increased (such as in "Je[y Gets Hypnotized!", Marvin owed
$1,500, and $2,500 in Mr Goodman’s Credit Card!), though it’s likely it was
multiple months that Marvin missed combined (in "Chef Je[y!", Marvin
missed 5 months on the payments).
In August of 2023, Chilly uploaded a vlog called: "JEFFY’S SWIMMING
POOL! (New SML House)", revealing the new pool at her house. The video’s
title led to fans speculating that the SML House is being moved, given the
the title of the video mentioning "New SML House". Chilly later conbrmed
via reply to a fan’s comment that asked if Chilly’s house will be the new
home to the SML Videos that Logan is, in fact, moving the SML House,
hopefully around of 2024. Though at the moment, it is unknown if either
Chilly’s house is the new location for videos, while also being a living
space for Logan and Chilly, or Logan is bnding a new seperate house for
blming and/or living space.

All three blming locations for SML have had the oxce at the front entrance, to
the left (when walking in).
There is a secret door in this house which was revealed in "The Secret Door!",
containing the brst 26 dead bodies.
Logan’s favorite room is the living room, as he likes the architecture and height.
Logan originally was going to make the Multi-Purpose Room/Football Room a
home theater room for him, Chilly, and the crew when he brst moved in. But
with the Game Room and Living Room already having TVs and can be used as a
home theater, that idea was tweaked a bit with the room being used as an
artibcial movie theater set for SML Movies with the couch recliners simulating
cinema seats and characters that are in the “movies” are sitting in the couch
recliners while being zoomed in. The room was then later transformed into a
Football Room, mainly dedicated to Tom Brady with a Tom Brady wallpaper put
onto the walls and also signed jerseys hanging on the walls.
A 27th body was later found inside the attic, but since the person committed
suicide, he is not a victim of Does Bad Things Guy.
Does Bad Things Guy was the 28th person to die in this house.
Ken was the 29th person to die in this house, considering that he did die.
The Game room is the main room that the videos would take place in, and has
also became a secondary living room.
The Oxce was originally red until it was painted blue in 2019.
Logan originally thought of an idea of making a brebghter series featuring
Brooklyn T. Guy, and the garage would be used as a bre department set (with
him also getting a pole for Brooklyn T. Guy to slide on), but he had seem to later
abandoned that idea.
The Secret Room, Attic, the Football Room and Classroom closets, and Bowser
Jr’s & Je[y’s/Tito’s Second Old Bedroom are used as storage units.
In Late 2020, the street view of Logan's current house on Google Maps was
blurred out. This may be due to privacy reasons concerning Logan. The house
was previously viewable on street view.

Around late 2021, the neighborhood around the SML house has been
removed for viewing in street view. All the houses got blurred out in the
area.

In late 2020, on Google Maps, where Logan's house is, it points his house as the
"SML House".

It has been removed since early 2021.

It was later re-added to Google Maps in mid-2022.

When Logan moved in, the house looked clean, but now, it is a messy and
sometimes an unorganized house.
Chilly’s dogs, Blizzard and Snowball would often urinate in the living room |oor,
as conbrmed/mocked by Logan and Lance numerous times in vlogs after Logan
and Chilly’s breakup in 2020. Due to this and dirtying the carpet, Logan had to
replace the carpet after they and Chilly moved out. Before replacing the carpet,
he spray painted it for a scene in the "Bad Je[y!" video.
Unlike the Old House, this house did not come with a pool.

However, Logan had it built by the backyard porch, which bnished

construction in 2021 with palm trees planted by it. But unlike the old
house, there’s no pool cage covering it (possibly due to the HOA
community the house is located in likely being pest-controlled).

There’s a lake behind the house, as majorly seen in "Loch Ness Monster!",
"Friday The 13th!", and "Je[y Gets Hypnotized!".
