General Concerns
• How long does it take to get the results?
Each candidate's personal timetable will include login details. If you have logged into the website using your
details you will receive an email notification when the results release period has begun. Please note that
candidates must keep their timetables until they have received their results.

• How to do the name changes of the admission/ certificate?


Candidate should fill the name changing form(data changing form) during the exam centre.

• What should be done if a candidate fails to sit for the exam?


This should be immediately informed to the Exam Division and the required steps will be done. (Refund)

• How to proceed with the refund request?


Should be done within 5 Days after the writing exam date (E.g. Exam – 10 May; Deadline – 15 May), student
should inform the exam division or the branch manager. Refund requests submitted after 5 days will not be
processed. The Google form link will be shared on the written test day.

Documents required:
1. Copy of Confirmation of Entry (COE)
2. Medical Certificate with Doctor’s Stamp covering the registered exam date
• Test Date / Centre Transfers – Not Available
Test registration is valid for one Cambridge English Exam session only. Candidate will not be able to transfer
the Test Registration to another Cambridge English Exam session or another type of exam. Test registrations
are also personal and cannot be transferred to other individuals.

• Keep the ID Document ready


• Not providing an ID will cause delay in releasing results and issuing certificates (won’t be issued until you
submit an ID).

• Keep a photocopy of the Admission


Kindly keep a copy of the Admission (Confirmation of Entry) once you receive it for later reference (Portal
login details: User name/Password) as the Admission will be collected on the exam day.

• Download the copy of the Mark sheet


When you receive the results through the Cambridge portal, make sure you download the mark sheet as
candidate data will be removed from the Cambridge portal after 1 week of exam result release date.
