I. Administrative Regulations of Master Mountain Resort


(MMR), Kodanadu, Nilagiris

1. Primary Guidelines
1.1. The primary purpose of this facility is to provide an opportunity
for seekers of truth to pray, meditate and worship in a serene
environment in the vicinity of the Ashram of Master Jupiter.
1.2. Every Person or Group willing to utilize the facility must adhere
to the set guidelines.

2. Stay during programs


2.1. During group life programmes the entire facility would be used
for the conduct of programme. Hence, no specific individual
reservations requests would be accepted.

It shall always be remembered by all the members of MMR, members of


WTT and the administrative committee that the guiding principles for the
usage of the facility are based on the instructions of Master KPK.

II. Code of conduct at Master Mountain Resort (MMR), Kodanadu,
Nilagiris

1. The primary purpose of this facility is to provide an opportunity for seekers


of truth to pray, meditate and worship in a serene environment in the
vicinity of the Ashram of Master Jupiter. The conduct of visitors should be
befitting a sacred place.
2. Please maintain silence as far as possible to maintain sanctity of the place.
3. While staying at MMR, the visitors should strive to attend the prayers at a
minimum.
4. Given the nature of the place, the members should treat the MMR facility
not as mere visitors, but pilgrims, maintaining cleanliness of the premises
like they would, in a holy place which this facility is.
5. Facilities such as kitchen, washing machine etc. are available for use by
members. The members are requested to handle them carefully with
discretion.
6. Please co-operate by not carrying edible items into rooms or prayer hall.
The dining hall can be used for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
7. Co-operation is solicited from members in not writing on the walls,
defacing them, or pasting / sticking posters, pictures or photographs in
rooms or other areas of the facility.
8. The Manager/Caretaker at MMR facility is also a part of the brotherhood
and the visitors are requested to treat him/her as such.

It shall always be remembered by all the members of MMR, members of WTT


and the administrative committee that the guiding principles for the usage of the
facility are based on the instructions of Master KPK.

Schedule I - Facilities

Ground Level: Reception Lounge, and a fully furnished bedroom


exclusively for Master KPK and Madam Krishna Kumari.
There is also a large balcony area providing a panoramic
view of the Master Mountain.
Level -1: Large Balcony area providing a panoramic view of the
Master Mountain and 3 fully furnished bedrooms, each
with two single cots. The bedrooms have attached
bathrooms with all necessary fittings.
Level -2: Fully equipped kitchen, dishwash area, washing machine
enclosure, dining hall with six-seater dining table and
dormitory with cots suitable for 40 members along with
three toilets and three bathrooms.
Level – 3: Prayer Hall along with Deities
