CUTTING OF TEST SAMPLES: Costco DOES NOT permit
cutting or dismantling of samples for corrosion testing. If
cutting or dismantling is unavoidable due to product type, size
or shape, this must be recorded. If cut, sample shall be
completely covered to prevent metal shaving contamination. If
pieces/sections were tested, list which pieces/sections, indicate
