Description:
 Analyze, monitor and solve problems about quality during production process.
 Check size and bonding standards, specifications. Coordinate with other departments
in order to ensure the product quality before delivery.
 Manage and set standard documents in the quality system.
 Create limit standards and operation standards during quality inspection.
 Receive information from customers:
o Information about technical standards, drawings, requirements of material for
products.
o Information about new product and ECN product.
o Reflect NG, feedback or requirements about product quality from customers.
Then share to related departments and solve incurred problems.
 Confirm NC, solve problems about finished products incurred from customers,
improve the quality process as required by customers.
 Coordinate to improve and implement improvement reports, submit audit to the
manager and customers.
 Make report daily and weekly on quality.

 Make plan and follow Patrol supplier, meeting to improve quality
control process at supplier.
 Make plan, standard and follow IQC inspection result.
 Management first lot inspection result for new material.
 Make IQC report follow order.
 Control IQC manpower

 Having proficiency in using some equipments for quality management such as: Clamp
lever, Panme.
 Knowledge about the tools such as: 7 tools for quality management, 5W1H, 5Why,
3D5S.
 Fluent in Ms Word, Excel and P.Point

 Ability to analyze and solve problems.
