POSITION/ POST: SPORTS DESIGN & DIGITAL MANAGER REPORTING TO: HEAD OF DEPARTMENT

Objective:
To develop innovative digital tools and marketing materials that enhance event visibility, accelerate
project success, and create a strong market presence.

Role Overview:
The Sports Design & Digital Manager will be responsible for creating visually compelling materials
that effectively promote events and engage the target audience. This full-time role requires
creativity, design expertise, and proficiency in various digital and graphic design software.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital & Content Development
Develop and maintain the event website
Create engaging reels & promotional videos
Generate compelling content for:
Social media posts
Website

Graphic Design & Branding


Design social media flyers
Create event branding materials, including:
Event logos
Marketing collateral (backdrops, standees, entrance gates, etc.)
Event merchandise (T-shirts, medals, goodie bags, trophies, etc.)

Multimedia & Editing


Edit videos for event promotions
Write creative content for marketing campaigns
Work with Canva, Photoshop, and other design tools

Skills Required:
Creative leadership & decision-making abilities
Hands-on experience with design software
Tech-savvy (data management, email, WhatsApp)
Strong interpersonal & presentation skills
A proactive and collaborative team player

Preferred Knowledge & Expertise:


Experience in sports events & marathons
Digital marketing & branding strategies

Ideal Candidate Traits:


Excellent design, creativity, and written communication skills
Friendly yet professional demeanor
