Dear Sir,

We thank you for referring the above project to us.


In reference to our discussion on dated: 03/05/24, we are herewith our scope of
work and fees proposal for the above project. As per our requirement , we’ve
mentioned the fees on area for the entire project for structural consultancy services.

A. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We have been given to understand that the project consists of construction of
Ground /Shop + 23RD UPPER FLOOR

It is envisaged that the total project duration is 36 months.

B. SCOPE OF WORK
Our scope of work shall be as follows:
1) To prepare RCC drawing for submission to municipal authorities.
2) To carryout analysis and design of structure based on the architectural inputs and in close
co-ordination with your organization/ Architects/MEP Consultant.
3) To issue 3-set of working drawing for execution at site
4) Site Visits: -
a) Before work commencement
b) To check the foundation strata.
c) To check Typical floor slab reinforcement as per as per our drawing/site requirement.
5) To issue stability certificate to municipal authorities on satisfactory completion of
project.

D. Area Consideration:-
My fees chargable as per total builtup area including TDR , stilt area ,shop area
,staircase, lift duct,lift corridor, balcony, Dry balcony, flower bed. refuge area
,basement ,podium ,common passage ,lift m/c room, septic tank ,u.g. tank & over head
tank, clubhouse swimming pool, sub station ramp. etc.

Standard Terms & Condition.


 Time and duration of Completion of Project to 36 months. After delay the fees will be
increase 20% every year.
 Any major structural changes after giving the final drawing will be charged extra and
treated as rework and hence there will be delay in issuance of days for any
rework/major changes.
 All related documents to be submitted to my office 2 days before the development
certificate to the corporations.
 It shall be your responsibility to collect drawings for any structure (GFC) from my
office.
 Office will be closed on all Sundays & public holidays hence there will be no
communication from office on these days.
 All slabs cube results and photographs to be sent on mail
 Engineers visit more than periodic visit will be charged extra on monthly basis.
 Payment shall be released to us as per our mode of payment, teams mentioned under
head "Mode of payment”. If the payment is not made timely; it may affect issuance of
drawings.

Mode of payment:

2 Conceptual Drawing 7% of Total Fees
3 Schematic Drawing 15% of Total Fees
4 Tender Stage Drawing 15% of Total Fees
5 Final Design Drawing 15% of Total Fees
6 Tender Stage Drawing 15% of Total Fees
7 At Construction Administration Stage, Fees will be paid slab wise. 23% of Total Fees
8 On issue of Stability Certificate 5% of Total Fees
Total 100%
Please note that an actual area will be calculated near about at the end of project, the fees will
be adjusted accordingly.
Please note that actual Construction area shall be considered for the fees which will be
calculated after Completion of the R.C.C. work of the project.
C. PROFESSIONAL FEES PROPOSAL
a) Our fees proposal is based on the assumption that the project duration in 36
months from the issue of our work order.
Our professional fees for the above project shall be @ Rs- 10.0 PER SQ FT
+18 % GST
For day to day supervision a qualified Engineer & Supervisor to be appointed and
paid by client.

Please note that GST tax on the above fees shall be payable additionally as per the
provisions of Central Excise Budget. Current prevailing rate is @ 18 % for the year
2024-2025.
