condition (triage).
2. A nurse who has special training in emergency nursing, is able to work under pressure,
and has critical thinking skills.
3. A patient can stay in the emergency room for a few hours to one day, depending on the
severity and availability of inpatient beds.
4. Emergency equipment, medications, sterile tools, monitoring devices, and ready-trained
personnel.
5. It would be very dangerous, especially in critical conditions. The emergency room is
essential for immediate lifesaving treatment.

1. Yes, ER nurses need special skills such as staying calm, time management, coping
methods, assertiveness, and emotional control.
2. The nurse should remain calm, focus on the patient, and communicate effectively with the
family to manage the situation.
3. Set aside personal feelings, focus on patient care, and manage emotions while handling
pressure from the patient's family.
4. By using effective time management, shift rotations, and prioritizing tasks based on
urgency.
Task 3: Give Your Opinion
1. Nurses must stay calm, be patient, use clear communication, and maintain
professionalism despite the noise and pressure.
2. Ensure safety, call for help, check consciousness and breathing, control bleeding, and do
not move the victim unless necessary.
3. Be cooperative, follow instructions, be patient, provide accurate information, and support
nurses by maintaining a calm environment.
4. Provide initial stabilization, refer to other facilities if needed, and always try to offer the
best possible care with available resources.
