30-Day NEET PG Study Plan Using One Page Notes + PYQs

 Instructions to Students:
 1. Each day: Read One Page Notes of assigned subject/topics.
 2. Do PYQs of that subject from your app (NEET PG / Marrow / PrepLadder).
 3. Focus more on previous year topics (PYTs).
 4. Mark your weak topics for the last 5 days’ revision.

WEEK 1: Short + Scoring Subjects


 Day 1: Anatomy (embryology, neuroanatomy, brachial plexus)
 Day 2: Physiology (renal, cardiac, respiratory)
 Day 3: Biochemistry (vitamins, enzymes, metabolism pathways)
 Day 4: Microbiology (bacteriology + virology)
 Day 5: Pharmacology (autonomics, antimicrobials, CNS drugs)
 Day 6: Forensic + Psychiatry (IPC, wounds, schizophrenia, depression)
 Day 7: GT + GT Analysis (mark mistakes + revise weak areas)

WEEK 2: Medium Subjects


 Day 8: Pathology (cell injury, neoplasia, hematology)
 Day 9: PSM (vaccines, screening, NHPs, biostatistics)
 Day 10: ENT + Anesthesia (nerve supply, drugs, basics of GA)
 Day 11: Ophthalmology (cataract, glaucoma, fundus)
 Day 12: Dermatology + Radiology (leprosy, hypersensitivity, signs in imaging)
 Day 13: GT + PYQ Rapid Practice
 Day 14: Image-Based Questions + Previous Mistakes Review

WEEK 3: Major Clinicals


 Day 15: Medicine (cardiology, neurology, endocrine)
 Day 16: Medicine continued (resp, heme-onco, renal)
 Day 17: Surgery (thyroid, breast, hernia, trauma)
 Day 18: Surgery continued (GI, vascular, urology)
 Day 19: Pediatrics (vaccines, milestones, common diseases)
 Day 20: Orthopedics (fractures, bone tumors, spondylitis)
 Day 21: GT + Rapid Topic-Wise PYQ Practice

WEEK 4: Final Push + Recall


 Day 22: Revise short subjects (Anatomy, Biochem, Physio)
 Day 23: Revise PSM, Forensic, Micro
 Day 24: Revise Medicine
 Day 25: Revise Surgery + Ortho
 Day 26: Revise Pharma + Patho
 Day 27: Revise Pediatrics, Radiology, Ophthal, ENT
 Day 28: GT + Mock Review
 Day 29: Rapid revision: One Liners + Mistakes
 Day 30: Light review + relaxation + exam strategy planning

Daily Plan Format:


 8–10 AM: One Page Notes reading
 10–1 PM: PYQs + PYT topic MCQs
 2–5 PM: Weak topic revision or video snapshot
 7–9 PM: Mixed MCQs or Group discussion
 Before bed: Flashcards / Mistake log review
