Dear Customer,
Pursuant to the Orders passed by the Hon’ble Bombay High Court in the Scheme of Arrangement u/s 391 to 394 of
the Companies Act between Tata Capital Limited and us, the rights and obligations under your aforesaid Loan
Account was transferred to us.
This is to inform you that above referred loan is fully repaid / adjusted.
In this connection, we request you to make a note of the following and take necessary action, as may be required.
Uncashed Post Dated Cheques
All Post Dated / Security cheques not presented till date of closure are being retained at our end. These have been
marked as “Cancelled” by a rubber stamp across the face of each instrument & will be destroyed after 30 days from
the date hereof. In case you would like the cancelled instruments to be returned, kindly log a request with our call
center within 31 days from the date hereof. Kindly note that request for return of cancelled cheques will not be
accepted after 21 days from the date hereof.
In case your loan has been closed through the process of Pre-payment, the upcoming installment is likely to be
presented on the originally scheduled date. This has been also advised in our offer of Foreclosure, requesting you to
mark a “Stop Payment”. In the event that installment getting realized upon presentation, the amount thereof will be
refunded within 10 working days.
In case the Post Dated / security cheques obtained from you are a combined value of the EMIs for multiple loans,
these will continue to be presented till the repayment instructions are swapped for the accounts which are live on the
system. Any surplus amount realized after appropriating against the live accounts shall be refunded within 10 working
days from the date of such realization. You are requested to approach our nearest sourcing branch for necessary
assistance in the matter.
We also request you to initiate the process of execution and registration of release deed in case of registered
mortgaged, if applicable.
