CONTRACT AGREEMENT

Between:
One Stop Wedding Shop (hereinafter referred to as "the Wedding Supplier")
AND
Wine & Dine'm Catering (hereinafter referred to as "the Caterer")

1. Scope of Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms under which the Caterer will provide
catering services for One Stop Wedding Shop’s clients.

2. Payment Terms

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.


• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
3. Cancellation Policy

• If the client cancels more than 7 days before the event, the deposit
remains non-refundable.
• If the client cancels within 7 days of the event, 50% of the total
payment will be retained.
• Clients may reschedule within 3 months of the original booking
without additional charges.
4. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith. If no


resolution is reached, mediation will be pursued.

5. Termination of Contract

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice,
except in cases of contract breaches, where termination may be immediate.

6. Signatures

CONTRACT AGREEMENT

Confetti Cake Co. (hereinafter referred to as "the Cake Supplier")

1. Scope of Agreement

This agreement establishes the terms for cake supply services for One Stop
Wedding Shop’s clients.

2. Payment Terms

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.


• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
3. Cancellation Policy

• If a client cancels more than 7 days before the event, the deposit
remains non-refundable.
• If a client cancels within 7 days, 100% of the total payment will be
required due to labor and ingredient costs.
• Clients may apply 50% of their total payment as credit for a future
order, valid for 6 months.
4. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to resolve disputes through direct negotiation. If necessary,


mediation will be sought.

5. Termination of Contract

Either party may terminate this contract with 30 days' notice, except in cases
of breaches, where immediate termination may apply.

6. Signatures
