EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE TRACKER
ABSTRACT
In modern technologies emerging at a rapid pace, there is no reason
why a crucial event in the corporate sector, such as attendance, should be done
in the old, boring, traditional way. An attendance monitoring system will save a
lot of time and energy for both parties, and employees as well as the
companies. Attendance will be supervised by a face recognition algorithm by
simply scanning a person’s face. The system will also mark their presence. The
system will have pre-fed photos of every employee, and with the help of this
data, the algorithm will detect attendance and align the existing features and
image on the application.

In this project, attendance maintenance is the main concept to


generate report and produce leave report forms. In this world of growing
technologies, everything has been computerized. With a large number of work
opportunities, the Human workforce has increased. Thus, there is a need for a
system that can handle the data of large number of employees in an
organization. This project simplifies the task of maintaining records because of
its user-friendly nature.

The “EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE TRACKER” has been


developed to address the problems prevailing in the manual system. This
software is desiged to eliminate or reduce the hardships faced in this existing
system. It meets the specific needs of companies, enabling smooth and
effective operations. The application is optimized to avoid errors while entering
the data and provides error message when invalid data is entered. No formal
training is required to use this system, making it highly user-friendly.
