Team Sponsorship Notification Letter - Kalane Warriors Rugby League Team

Dear Kalane,

I am writing to inform you that I have secured sponsorship for your men’s and women’s teams
registration fees for the Hevea Cup and Wellness Expo 2023, to the value of K4,000 per team. I have
received K2,000 that you and your team have raised, showing great initiative and a strong desire to
participate in HC&WE2023 for very compelling reasons, as you and your mother have shared. I am very
impressed with you as a young man who wants to make a positive impact within his community, which
is why I have decided our partners sponsor the remaining K8,000.

The K5000 will cover the following for each of your two teams:

● 18 Full playing kits (Jersey, Shorts & Socks)


● Full access to the Health, Wellness & Careers Industry Expo
● PHI Health Check (Health Test) for the entire team and coaching staff
● David Westley & Team to conduct a Rugby League Coaching Workshop for the Coach, Trainer,
Manager, and Captain on October 7th.

The theme for this year’s HC&WE2023 is “Changing Behaviours and Attitudes Through Sport, While
Addressing the Root Causes of Gender-Based Violence”. By bringing your team to this event, the Grass
Skirt Project believes that your athletes will be able to take what they learn and create positive change
within their homes and community.

Once again, we are pleased to inform you that your women’s and men’s team registrations have been
sponsored for K8,000, and we are excited to have you involved.
