Hello!

Thank you for downloading one of my fun and easy to make free patterns. This pattern is written in
US terms (pages 5 and 6), UK terms (pages 7 and 8) and Dutch (pages 9, 10 and 11). You will need a
couple of things to make this pattern. Here's what I used:

- The sweater on the picture above was made with MillaMia Aran Yarn:

- I used a crochet hook size 4mm.
- Ofcourse you can use other yarn and a different crochet hook, but please note that this can
make the sweater larger or smaller.

CROCHET PATTERN (US TERMS)

Before you start:

* You will make the sweater in one piece, you start with the neck.
* Every row starts with a 3-chain. Never count this 3-chain as the first double crochet.
The first double crochet is always the DC that comes after the 3-chain.
* Don't forget to turn where the pattern tells you to turn.
* If you read “ 3DC into the next...” it means you will increase in the next stitch. So do
3DC in the same next stitch.
* If the pattern says “19DC” it means you will do 1DC in each of the following 19
stitches.If you have do do multiple stitches in the same stitch it is stated very clearly (see
remark before this one).

Abbreviations
CH: chain
SLST: slip stitch
SC: single crochet
DC: double crochet

Row 1. CH58, 1SLST in the first CH.

Row 2. CH3, 1DC in same stitch (see remark above, this always counts as the first DC),
1DC in each of the next 8CH, 3DC into the next CH (see remark above, this is an
increase), 9DC, 3DC into the next CH, 17DC, 3C into the next CH, 9DC, 3DC into the next
CH, 10DC, 1SLST into the first DC.
Row 3. CH3, turn, 1DC in the same stitch, 10DC, 3DC in the next DC, 11DC, 3DC in the

Row 6. CH3, turn, 1DC in the same stitch, 12DC, 3DC in next st, 17DC, 3DC in the next

Row 7. CH3, turn, 1DC in the same stitch, 14DC, 3DC in next st, 19DC, 3DC in the next

Row 8. CH3, turn, 1DC in the same stitch, 14DC, 3DC in next st, 21DC, 3DC in the next

Row 9. CH3, turn, 1DC in the same stitch, 16DC, 3DC in next st, 23DC, 3DC in the next

Row 10. CH3, turn, 1DC in the same stitch, 16DC, 3DC in next st, 25DC, 3DC in the next
stitch, 33DC, 3DC in the next, 25DC, 3DC in the next, 17DC, 1 slip stitch in the first DC.
Row 11. CH3, turn, 1DC in the same stitch, 18DC, 3DC in next st, 27DC, 3DC in the next
stitch, 35DC, 3DC in the next, 27DC, 3DC in the next, 17DC, 1 slip stitch in the first DC.
Row 12. CH3, turn, 1DC in the same stitch, 19DC, skip 29DC (this is an armhole), 39DC,
skip 29DC (this is the second armhole), 20DC, 1 slip stitch in the first DC.
Row 13. CH3, turn, 1DC in the same stitch, do DC stitches around, 1 slip stitch in the first
DC. (79)
Row 14-20. Repeat row 13.
As from here you will start working on the edging. You can repeat row 13 a few more
times if at this stage the sweater doesn't have the length you like, but please note that
this pattern is written for 3 balls of yarn. If you decide to make the sweater longer, you
will need an extra ball of yarn!
Row 21. CH3, turn, 1DC in the same stitch.
*Skip one stitch, 1DC in the next stitch, 1DC in the stitch you skipped.* Repeat around. 1
slip stitch in the first DC. (79)
Row 22. 1SC in each stitch around. (79) Fasten off and weave in all yarn ends.

SLEEVES
Row 1. Attach yarn in the lowest stitch of the 29 stitches that you skipped (the armhole).
Chain 3, 1DC in the same stitch (this counts as the first DC), 28DC, 1 slip stitch in the first
DC. (29)
Row 2-10. CH3, turn, 28DC, 1 slip stitch in the first DC. (29)
Row 11. 1SC in each stitch around. (29)
Fasten off, weave in yarn ends and make the other sleeve. Take a piece of yarn and sew
the holes underneath the arms.

HAAKPATROON
Voordat je begint:
* De trui wordt in een stuk gehaakt, je begint met de nek.
* Elke toer begint met een 3-lossen-ketting. Deze telt nooit als een stokje. Het eersste
stokje van een toer is altijd het stokje wat na de 3-lossen-kettting komt.
* Vergeet niet te keren op het punt waar het patroon zegt dat je moet keren.
* Als in het patroon staat “ 3ST in de volgende...” dan betekent dat dat je gaat
meerderen in de volgende steek. Dus doe dan 3 stokjes in dezelfde steek.
* Als in het patroon staat “ 19ST” dan betekent dat dat je 1 stokje in elk van de volgende
19 steken haakt. Als je meerdere steken in een en dezelfde steek moet doen, dan staat
dat er heel duidelijk bij (zie het vorige aandachtspuntje).

Afkortingen
L: losse
HV: halve vaste
V: vaste
ST: stokje

Toer 1. 58L, 1HV in de eerste losse.

Toer 2. 3L, 1ST in dezelfde steek (zie de opmerking hierboven, dit stokje telt altijd als het
eerste stokje van een toer), 8ST, 3ST in de volgende L (zie de opmerking hierboven, hier
meerder je dus), 9ST, 3ST in de volgende L, 17ST, 3ST in de volgende L, 9ST, 3ST in de
volgende L, 10ST, 1HV in het eerste ST van deze toer.
Toer 3. 3L, keer je werk, 1ST in dezelfde steek, 10ST, 3ST in het volgende ST, 11ST, 3ST in
het volgende ST, 19ST, 3ST in het volgende ST, 11ST, 3ST in het volgende ST, 9ST, 1HV in
het eerste ST van deze toer.
Toer 4. 3L, keer je werk, 1ST in dezelfde steek, 10ST, 3ST in het volgende ST, 13ST, 3ST in
het volgende ST, 21ST, 3ST in het volgende ST, 13ST, 3ST in het volgende ST, 11ST, 1HV
in het eerste ST van deze toer.

Toer 8. 3L, keer je werk, 1ST in dezelfde steek, 14ST, 3ST in het volgende ST, 21ST, 3ST in

in het eerste ST van deze toer.
Toer 9. 3L, keer je werk, 1ST in dezelfde steek, 16ST, 3ST in het volgende ST, 23ST, 3ST in
het volgende ST, 31ST, 3ST in het volgende ST, 23ST, 3ST in het volgende ST, 15ST, 1HV
in het eerste ST van deze toer.
Toer 10. 3L, keer je werk, 1ST in dezelfde steek, 16ST, 3ST in het volgende ST, 25ST, 3ST
in het volgende ST, 33ST, 3ST in het volgende ST, 25ST, 3ST in het volgende ST, 17ST,
1HV in het eerste ST van deze toer.
Toer 11. 3L, keer je werk, 1ST in dezelfde steek, 18ST, 3ST in het volgende ST, 27ST, 3ST
in het volgende ST, 35ST, 3ST in het volgende ST, 27ST, 3ST in het volgende ST, 17ST,
1HV in het eerste ST van deze toer.
Toer 12. 3L, keer je werk, 1ST in dezelfde steek, 19ST, sla 29ST over (dit is het gat van de
arm), 39ST, sla 29ST over (dit is het gat van de andere arm), 20ST, 1HV in het eerste ST
van deze toer.
Toer 13. 3L, keer je werk, 1ST in dezelfde steek, haak rondom ST, 1HV in het eerste ST
van deze toer. (79)
Toer 14-20. Herhaal toer 13.
Vanaf hier ga je aan de onderste rand van het truitje werken Als je wilt dat de trui iets
langer wordt, herhaal dan nog een paar keer toer 13 totdat de trui de lengte heeft die je
wilt. Ga dan verder met toer 21. Maar let op: dit patroon is geschreven voor 3 bollen
garen. Als je besluit de trui langer te maken, dan heb je een extra bol garen nodig.
Toer 21. 3L, keer je werk, 1ST in dezelfde steek.
*Sla een steek over, 1ST de volgende steek, 1ST in de steek die je oversloeg.* Herhaal
rondom. 1HV in het eerste ST van deze toer. (79)
Toer 22. 1V in elke steek rondom. (79) Hecht af en werk alle draden weg.
MOUWEN
Toer 1. Hecht het garen aan in de onderste steek van het armgat, dus dat is in een van
de 29 steken die je oversloeg hiervoor.
Dan: 3L, 1ST in dezelfde steek (telt als het eerste stokje), 28ST, 1 HV in het eerste ST. 29)
Toer 2-10. 3L, keer je werk, 28ST, 1HV in het eerste ST. (29)
Row 11. 1V rondom in elke steek. (29)
Hecht af, werk alle losse draden weg en maak een tweede arm. Neem een stukje garen
en naai het gat onder de arm dicht.
