traditional telephones, which were limited to specific locations

from the 1990s. They also offer many more features, such as internet browsing,
video calling, and social media access, and are far cheaper despite the advanced
technology they provide

3. Face-to-face communication is described as the most meaningful and effective

way to build relationships

The Guidance and Counseling Study Program (BK) at Indraprasta PGRI

University (Unindra) is one of the flagship programs that aims to produce
competent graduates in the field of guidance and counseling, especially in the
context of education and society. The program offers a curriculum designed to
integrate the latest theory, practice, and technology to equip students with
professional skills as reliable counselors.

Students of the BK Study Program at Unindra will study various courses, such
as educational psychology, counseling techniques, individual development,
and cross-cultural counseling. In addition, the program emphasizes the
development of soft skills such as communication, empathy, and problem-
solving skills that are important in the counseling profession.

With the support of experienced lecturers, adequate learning facilities, and a

conducive academic atmosphere, graduates of this program are expected to be
able to provide professional counseling services and ethical in schools, other
educational institutions, and in society. The BK Unindra Study Program is
also committed to producing counselors who are oriented towards developing
individual character and improving the quality of life.
