Staffing requirement
Back office seva
Assuming 6k subscriptions in the next few months
Assuming a volunteer can pack 250 books an hour
Assuming a volunteer can cut and paste 250 addresses an hour
➢ We need 4 devotees for a period of two hours/day for 3 days
➢ They can come after their office or household work and complete this
service
➢ Cutting and pasting addresses will require 4 devotees for a period of
two hours/day for 3 days
Immediately we may only need half of the volunteers as we only have ~3k
subscriptions
Staffing requirement
Customer support
➢ This seva requires a part-time volunteer for a specific period
every day (say between 1 PM to 5 PM)
➢ This seva can be carried out only in an office setting
➢ If we want to engage working grihasthas, we need to place the
subscriber database on the cloud and allow its access to a
bunch of volunteers
➢ The major issue is that we cannot have a single
telephone/mobile phone operated by multiple devotees
located apart simultaneously
