REQUEST FOR YOU TO INTERVENE AND COMPEL THE KAA TO COPENSATE ME
FOR THE INJUSTISES PERPETRATED TO ME BY THE HR ON FALSE ALLEGATIONS OF BEING
YOUR SYMPATHYSER AS THE OFFICIAL OPPOSITION LEADER ;
Honorable Sir,am one of the Staunch Supporters of your newly createad Broard Based
Government Frame Work between our President his Excellency Wiliam Ruto , that’s aimed
to uniting our whole nation together for peaceful and faster economic Development.
Sir as a nation I feel that , this merger will go a long way towards addressing some of the worst
historical injustices committed by our founding fathers touching on vises such as Tribalism,
Discrimination when it comes to Access to Government Opportunities and Appointments and
Nepotism so as to bring faster healing amongst the grieving Kenyans in their numbers.
Honorable Sir,the Kenyan people have become quite oppotimistic in their future following
your Merger with our President Wiliam Samoei Ruto that at least our Government with start
onboarding each and everyone in every key decision making processes and also address some
of their historic injustices did to them by our subsequent Regimes that excluded them when it
comes to matters ACCESSING GOVERNMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND PUBLIC APPOINTMENTS,
Honorable Sir,Please start with this one of mine of which touches on you too.

MY ROLES AS A GROUND FLIGHT SAFETY DUTY OFFICER;
Honorable Sir, am a trained Ground Aviation Safety Practitioner of whose functions include ;
a.Facilitation of Aircraft,Equipments, Passengers and Vehicular movement at the Airside in a
Safe and expeditious flow.
allocation of Parking Slots for both the Aircraft, thus Cargo Aircraft and for the Passenger
Aircraft as well.
c.In-Charge of all the Functions and Activities at the Airside.
d.In-Charge of Allocation of all the VIP Slots and movement at the Airside.
E.Presiding over the Laying of the VIP’S Red Carpets at the State Pavilion during State
Functions, to mention just a few, but among the so many many roles that pertains to
this position.

ACCESS TO PUBLIC APPOINTMENTS AND GOVERNMENT OPPORTUNITIES;

1.Honorable Sir, in the year 2000, I was Denied promotion by our HR general manager as was
directed by our former President Daniel Arap Moi arising from my excellent performance to
him in my line of duty due on tribal discrimination .
2.Sir, in the year 2010 HR RIGGED ME OUT OF YET ANOTHER MANAGER’S POSITION for the
GROUND FLIGHT SAFETY WHICH I EMERGED THE WINNER ON THE SAME GROUND THAT AM
AN OPPOSITION SYMPATHYSER Courtesy of where I come from,thus Western Province
Kakamega.
Honorable Sir,we did a department interview for the position of SAFETY AND OPPERATIONS
MANAGER in the year 2010 of which I emerged the winner ,but quite disgusting, HR
manipulated the outcome by tearing and destroying my Certificates and handing the section
to a different staff from a different section with different requirements and therefore leading
to the mass proteste to the then managing Director Mr. George Muhoho.
Sir,it was unfortunate to the section that Mr.Muhoho’s contract Expired before the contracted
Firm ,thus the Price Water House Coopers completed the work of job rationalization Exercise
was complete meaning that the complaining staff woul suffer indefinitely S THEY’D REJECTED
Mr. Machio who’d been imposed on them by the HR.
THE UNLAWFUL FORMATION OF ANOTHER SAFETY SECTION FOR MR,MACHIO AND HIS
CRONIES;
Honorable Sir,after we rejected our HR’S imposition of Mr.Machio on us, HR decided to form a
dubious section known as Safety just for the purpose of making Mr. Machio Sustain this
position,but as fate would have it,this mew outfit of the HR and Mr.Machio couldn’t be able to
the the noble Roles of Aviation Safety for they didn’t have what it rook for the work and they
put the Empire Airport in a total mess as shown below;
THE FOLLOWING IS THE LIST OF THE CATASTROPHS THAT PUNCTUATED MACHIO’S REIN AS
THE MANAGER SAFETY AT THE AIRPORT;
1.The burning down of the Jomo Kenyarra Terminal Building in the year 2013.
2.The burning of the AMREF’S OFFICES AT THE Wilson Airport and yet again the reluctance
of the Fire Fightes yet the Fire was just a stone throw away.
3.Sir, yet again the reluctance of the fire fighting staff when a foreign Aircraft developed a
mechanical problem and caught fire in the parking in the heart of the fire station ,but the excuses
used to be that the fire Engines were nnot having water.
4.Sir,,perhaps you’ll find it quite unbelievable that in the year 2016,a staff from this newly
fomed section organized and stole an Aircraft from the oarking at the Wilson Airport, indicating
how Mr.Machio couldn’t handle this section that hedidnt understand at all.
3.Sir,HR rigged our interview in the year 2020 and destroyed my Professional and academic
certificates to deny me from becoming our section’s manager in favor of a junior officer from a
small Airport,thus Malindi without the requisite Experience, skill Set, Exposure and knowledge
just for the same reason.

4.HR HAD DEMOTED THE DUTY OFFICERS IN THESE TWO SECTIONS OF THE GROUND
FLIGHT SAFETY AND THE FIRE STATION AND PLACED THEM TOGETHER ON ONE JOB GROUP
THAT’S STRUCTERED FOR THE SUPERVISORS .
Sir, in Essence, this meant that both the Supervisors and the Duty Officers are placed on the same
Grade 5 leading to infightings and insabotinations and undermining for there was total lack of both
command and coordination amongst themselves .Sir ,this made it difficult for work to flow
seamlessly , so that when the fire broke out at the Terminal Building ,the Fire staff quite reluctant
and deliberately didn’t Rush to put off the Fire that burned down our Airport’s I conic Terminal
building ,but in low tones siting the discrimination in work placement of which was believed that
KAA was only favoring people believed to be from the correct tribe yet they were

lazy and without qualifications and discriminating against the opposition side which were
deemed to be very deserving.
Sir, according to the KAA’S Work Structure,All Officers are placed in the Management Cadre
and placed on Grade 6 , whereas the supervisors are placed one grade below their Duty officers
and on grade 5 just like in all other KAA Departments ,so then why this disparity when it comes
to these two sections?
This being the reason why the KAA’s management has not released the findings of the
investigation that was carried out to find the cause of the fire.For example, why did the fire
staff refuse to respond to the fire in good time considering that the distance of the fire station
and the Terminal building is just meters apart.
UNLAWFUL TRANSFER FROM WILSON AIRPORT TO JOMO KEMYATTA AIRPORT

5 .Honorable Sir, in the year 2017 HR Unlawfully transferred me from the Wilson Airport to
the JKIA Airport in order to give my job to one junior Officer by the name of Mr.Dominic Kaliva
whom they had just brought in from the Jomo Kenyatta Airport yet he didn’t have any
knowledge of the Safety Protocols of the Wilson Airprt. Sir, was Unpproceduarally Transferred
because the HR Officer who transferred me was not based at the Wilson Airort,but the officer
was based at the JKIA Airpoort and acted out of her Mandate .This caused a fight between the
HR section at the JIA Airport with their counterparts at the Wilson Airport with the Wilson
Airport HR feeling that they’d been insabortinated.
Sir,after the disagreement between the duo,the officer who unlawfully transferred me was
given a show cause letter yet my transfer was not revoked
6. For example when I could Allocate Raila’s Aircraft good attention and a respectable parking
slots causes discomfort in the KAA management at the Wilson Airport yet I was just
performing my duties as per my job Description.
7.That I together with other staff from various Airlines celebrated the Supreme court ruling that
gave the NASA group under Honorable Raila the right to hold that hot political Rally at the
Uhuru park of which the traditional old men from Mt.Kenya region negatively reacted to by
their traditional Rites of breaking CALABASHES and performing other unexplained rituals
targeted to stop the Rally from taking off in the year 2013.
8. THAT I TOGETHER WITH OTHERS WERE SYMPATHETIC FOR THE NASA TEAM WHEN
THEY WERE DENIED FROM USING THE VIP LOUNGE AT THE WILSON AIRPORT IN 2013;
MY BURNING DESIRE TO MEET OUR PRESIDENT RUTO FOR BEING BEHIND MY SUCCESS;
Sir,I’d like to meet our President thanking him for the following ,
1.Our President his excellency Ruto made it possible for me to join and pursue a degree
education when he was the minister for education in the NARK Government , reliving the
dream of my youth that had been hampered over the years by bad policies in our aducation
system that made it hard for students from poor families to access university education.

2.Our President is my advocate and Judge for slaming the type of departmental Re-designations
that are just aimed at swindling the Government funds like the one did to me by our
HR ,thereby denying me of my deserved position whereby our HR just brought a person from
security department to be the boss of our Aviation Safety department sparking all manners of
protests. Our President further directed that stern action be instituted against the Culprits, but
KAA is full of impunity and acted as directed by our president, thereby letting their culture of
impunity to thrive on as our Government continues to loss a lot of revenues for the rogue staff
including others going into retirement unpunished.
3.Our President allowed me to take a photo with him at the Wilson Airport in the year 2013 as
I prayed for him wishing him all the best with his case at the Hague.
4.To congratulate him for his merger with Raila with their Broard Based Government Frame
Work that will address our historic and current problems that are mostly hinged on tribalism
of which is the reason of this letter on my part.
5.Sir,it’s our President Ruto who healed me when he castigated the type of re-desiginations
that had happened against me and some others.Sir, this gave a lot of inner strength and
energy that saw me got up on my feet from my sick bed knowing that, with his indulgency,I’d
for sure get listened to and get justice for my tribulations at the KAA.
Honorable Sir,with lots of humility to you,Considering KAA’S Known impunity for any possible
noncompliance to consider my case,and also Sir,considering the high cost of pursuing this
matter in Nairobi here yet I live in reserve in Kakamega making it difficult to travel now and
again,I Explore to Sue KAA through the Attorney General and the Directorate of personnel
management enjoined with you, the right honorable Raila Odinga together with the Supreme
court Judges who allowed the NASA Rally at the Uhuru park to take place of which latter KAA
punished me for Quite Severely on mere allegations of celebrating the decision of the judges .
1.Does KAA Suggest that the Supreme Court judges Incited the Kenyan Public?
2.Is opposition politics outlawed by our Constitution in this Country?
3.Why does KAA Politicize service delivery at the Airport and Victimizing the best Performers for
their own selfish intrest?

Dear Right Honorable Raila Odinga,


Esteemed People's President,

I write to you with great respect and humility as a concerned citizen and a supporter of
democratic ideals of which you’ve spent the better part of your life fighting for us. I wish to
bring to your attention a matter of grave concern involving the conduct of Mr. Antony Njagi, the
General Manager of Human Resources at the Kenya Airports Authority (KAA).

Mr. Njagi has been implicated in misappropriating campaign funds intended for your Azimio La
Umoja movement. Additionally, he has failed to take disciplinary action against Mr. Chrisantus
Ouma, an HR officer, who unlawfully destroyed my academic certificates and tampered with my
personnel file—actions seemingly intended to disadvantage me in favor of other candidates.
Despite reporting the matter, no accountability measures were taken, allegedly due to perceptions
of my political alignment.

There are also widespread allegations that Mr. Njagi only considers staff promotions in exchange
for bribes, a practice that undermines meritocracy and institutional integrity.

Honorable Sir, I urge you to seize this unique moment of goodwill extended by President Dr.
William Ruto to bring healing and justice to some of your supporters who have long suffered in
silence. It is an opportunity to strengthen national unity and democratic governance.

It is my humble appeal that your office intervenes in ensuring justice is served in my case, so that
I can move forward with dignity. Part of my aspirations includes joining active politics and
potentially serving in your envisioned future government. Supporting your leadership has always
been a source of hope and inspiration for me, and I wish to contribute meaningfully to the
transformation of our beloved nation.

Lastly, I appeal to you Bwana Chakwom, to assist in my pursuit of justice within the KAA so
that I may be in a position to support your campaigns and broader vision for a truly democratized
Kenya.

COMING FROM ONE OF THE PERCEIVED OFFICIAL OPPOSITION ZONES, THUS WESTERN
PROVINCE.
Honorable Sir, I’d like to take this Opportunity to Bring to Your Attention Some of The most
Serious Incidents of Office Abuse by our HR together with a section of some managers at the
Kenya Airports Authority that touch around the Vices such as Politicization of Service Delivery
as well as victimization of Staff that come from the official opposition zones , Tribalism,
Nepotism and discrimination in matters Hiring and promotions ,taking Partisan position in
Political Affairs of this country against the Civil servce’s Code of Conduct ,embezzlement of the
KAA’s Resources through dubious Formation of Unlawful Positions with Fake Promotions ,
thereby drawing massive and undeserved Salaries and very huge Allowances through Fake
Foreign trips thereby prodding KAA towards financial burdens and Subjecting some staff
who’re perceived as opposition sympathizers to inhuman treatment with Impunity.
Sir, our HR is so much Corrupt and with high level of impunity mixed with High Handedness that
have maimed the lives of the majority Staff who either did not comply to their Schemes of
giving a bribe for say promotion, trainings,etc, or just perceiving a staff member as having a
leaning towards the opposition in this country etc,etc.
Sir,in my case ,it happened that I was wrongfully victimized for my Perceived political Leaning to
the opposition politics Courtesy of just where I come from. Sir,perhaps I do find it quite
necessary to let you know that, people from both Nyanza and Western province are Branded as
the Official opposition and as a result leading to our being discriminated against when it comes
to the matters Accessing Government Opportunities and Appointments i.e in Hiring , Trainings
and MORESO,Promotions.
Sir,for me, it happened that in the year 2000,I had a very rare opportunity to interact with our
former President Daniel Arap Moi in my official line of duty for which he was overwhelmingly
happy and directed our MD by then Mr.Stephen Mureithi to promote me and ensure that am
very wel trained for continuous excellent performances.
Sir,it was quite disgusting that ,the MD directed the then HR general Manager by the name of
Mr. Lenny Moss to promote me together with another worker of the year, a Mr.Wiliam Kipto ,
a driver by profession. Sir, to my dismay , Mr.Moss promoted Mr. Kipto on tribal basis but not
me because of my tribe . Sir, a Rumour had it that he said that I should wait to be promoted
when the opposition takes over the Government and not this Government that the opposition
never voted for.

HR to promote me and make sure that our section was well trained both locally and
internationally ,but immediately they exited from the Government, our HR decided to
unlawfully benefit themselves from all the goodies that they, thus the president and the
MD had lined up for our section courtesy of my good performance to him.
Honorable Sir, they did this by unlawfully forming another small section for their cronies and
decided to destroy me to a mere useless staff. Sir,HR knowing quite well how our section stood

to benefit out of this Windfall, they formed this small unlawful section on top of our section
and recruited very unqualified staff to enjoy from our hard work leading to dismal work
functions that later saw some tragic happenings at our Airports .
WHY THE KAA FIRE STAFF WERE RELACTANT TO PUT OFF THEFIRE THAT RAXED DOWN
THE JOMO KENYATTA AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDING;
Sir,the KAA Fire department were very reluctant in their response to the fire that gutted down
the once used to be our Airport’s Iconic building in the region due to a very skewed job
Placement at the KAA. Sir, KAA Undertook a very intensive Job rationalization Exercise by the
PRICE WATER HOUSE COOPERS for the staff that lasted from 1998 that came to be completed
in the year 2009 only to come up with too many complaints that dashed the Staff’s
Expectations as well as draining their morale. Sir, this that forced the then managing Director
Mr. George Muhoho to recontract the Price Water House Coppers to re- look into the Staff’s
complaints with the Aim of Addressing their complaints.
However, quite unfortunate for the staff ,the MD’s contract expired before the Price Water
House completed the work to the indefinite suffering of the Staff. Sir,it was in the year 2013
when the fire that razed down the Terminal building that saw the KAA Fire Staff workers
refusing to rush to extinguish the fire saying that,LET THOSE WHO WERE GivEN THE
PROMOTIONS PUT OFF THE FIRE BECAUSE THEY’RE THE ONLY ONES WHO KNOW WORK.

OUR ARRESTS AT THE WILSON AIRPORT BETWEEN 2011 AND 2013 FOR ALLEGATIONS OF
APPLAUDIMG TO THE HIGH COURT’S RULLING THAT ALLOWED THE NASA COALITION TO
HOLD A POLITICAL RALLY IN THE UHURU PARK;
Sir,when the high court Judge ruled in favour of the NASA coalition to go ahead and hold their hot
politicked Rally at the Uhuru Park against the Government of Jubilee, some staff at the Wilson
Airport burst into some celebrations in support of the News.Following this occurrence, two senior
KAA security officers ordered for them to be rounded up .Sir, some of them were

arrested and I too was Picked up from my office by the Wilson Airport Police on the directive of
the KAA security linking me together with those who celebrated the high court judge’s Ruling
that allowed the NASA rally to take place.
However, as fate would have it, the people who were arrested in the police station defended
me against the allegation by the KAA security that I was among those who celebrated the
judge’s ruling and after a long moment of interrogations and confinement, these people were
Striped of their employment rights by the confiscations of their Airport Gate passes ,but me I
was released at night with stern warnings that I was blacklisted. This can be corroborated by
the MAF AVIATION on the part of the one Amos who was their Staff The four people just lost
their jobs just that way. However, I cant remember very well the other Staff who were sacked
together with Amos including their companies too, for I was not very familiar with them.
Sir, this’s just one example among so many nasty incidences meted against people from the
perceived official opposition zones to bring to your attention how much some employees from
here and there have suffered the consequences of being your sympathizers or supporters
especially at their various places of work.
Sir, this incident together with another allegation of sympathizing with the opposition when the
same KAA Staff blocked the NASA Team led by you yourself from using the VIP Lounge at the
same venue, the Wilson Airport,put me at loggerheads with the Wilson Arport management
who intensified its whichhunt on me and in 2017,I was demoted and forcefully transferred to
the Jomo Kenyatta Airport under the torturous treatment of one fake manager selected from a
small Airport, Malindi for the sole purpose of making sure that I don’t exist through whichever
means and at whatever cost.
Sir ,this man was as ruthless to me as a real devil .He really mistreated me as our HR’s special
Assignment to eliminate me as he’d been corruptly given my position as the section after HR
overturned my win as the manager after the interview that was conducted in search of a
manager for our section. Sir, because this man was well aware that he’d unlawfully snatched
my position from me courtesy of my tormentor the HR, for him to be safe ,he’d to do anything
he could to be safe. Sir, with the HR and Mr. Machio’s directive, this manager allocated very
hard work for me that included climbing those steep staircases for Docking and Undocking the
Passenger Airbridges for EMBARKING and Disembarking of both the Passengers and Cargo
from the Aircraft.Sir,thi’s a very strenuous Activity that’s the work of the junior employees in
our Section’s Structure for it requires young staff with a lot of energies.
MY ILLNESS WAS CAUSED BY THE HARD MANNUAL ACTIVITIES I WAS ALLOCATED AS A
STATEGY TO HAVE ME EXIT WORK SO THAT I GET OUT OF THEIR WAY AS QUICK AS POSIBLE,

IN BREACH OF THE OSHA REGULATIONS ON THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND


HEALTH REQUIREMENTS.
Sir, this together with many other hard manual jobs that were allocated to me with the main
aim to frustrate me into giving up, one day my back got a crack and I became sickly for a long
time with the manager just waiting anxiously for to quit and when my Sickness was too much

for me to bear, I decided to request for an early retirement thereby on Medical Ground losing
my retirement pension scheme which makes it mandatory for the staff to attain the statutory
mandatory retirement age of 60 years IN ORDER TO BE ELLIGIBLE to qualify for the monthly
Pension,leading to my hard retirement life of no enough money to cater for me and my family
needs plus the high cost of my expensive treatment and the required daily drugs.

Sir, I humbly appeal to you to embrace the same fighting Spirit as Shown by our
president Dr.Wiliam Ruto by putting up a fears campaign against these vises.
Sir, I regretfully feel the pain of our HR Victimizing me for doing the right thing by performing
Exceedingly well and above their Expectations of which they decided to destroy my carrier by
tearing my certificates from my Personal File and leaving the File without anything for more
than 15 years for the sole aim of denying me the job so as to give to one of their cronies
thereby stagnating me on one Grade till I exited from my employment prematurely on medical
grounds as a result of their mistreatment to me. Honourable Sir, as you read my story, my
prayer is that may my Plight find some favor in your heart that you may help me get my justice.

Sir,I’d now like to take this golden opportunity to introduce myself to you as Mr. Henry
Kuyanda formerly of Kenya Airports Authority. Sir, I was born and brought up in Kakamega
county in 1963. Sir, I remember that in 1974 I joined Lirhanda Mixed Primary School and sat for
my KCPE in 1980 after passing with 29 points out of the maximum of 36 points. Sir,I was very
lucky to join Musingu Boys High School in 1981 and sat for my KCE Examination and Passed well
with a Second Division and were admitted at the Cardinal Morris Otunga ,but due to lack of
School Fees I couldn’t continue with my education as my Father had just Retired from working .
However, I was Lucky to join the former Kenya Aerodromes department under the office of the
president as an Apron controller . Under Aerodromes we underwent a 2 year training as Apron
controllers in Airside Safety management certificate. After this we were Enrolled at the EAST
AFRICAN SCHOOL OF AVIATION in Airside Safety Functions and management for the
Aerodromes Department after which we were CERTIFIED as Apron Controllers and I was
Employed on Permanent and Pensionable Contract.
Sir. I was Promoted through the Ranks and in 1998 as Ground Flight Safety Officer.I ‘d later on
Enroll for a degree Program in the year 2009 and graduated in the year 2013 with a Bachelors
of Arts Degree in Leadership and Management, Second Class honours.
HOW I ENCOUNTERED MOI IN 2001 AS A DUTY OFFICER;
Sir,I Remember one day being on duty as a duty Officer and the former Kenyan President was
Travelling on the British Airlines,thus BA064 on a Friday night.
Honarable Sir, I can remember well that,during this Period the IMF's Structural Reform Program
(SRP) had Sanctioned Moi from using KQ planes for his foreign trips of which he used to park at his
destination point and the planes would continue waiting for him to finish his missions

abroad doing nothing thereby inflating KQ's operational costs. This forced him to shift from
using KQ to British Airways (BA). Unfortunately for him BA has very laborious and complex
processes of passenger check-ins and extensive luggage screening unlike KQ of whose
process used to favor him for his boarding together with his entourages thereby causing him
a lot of inconveniences with delays. It should be noted that He'd a penchant for Europe' so he
was a regular traveler on BA flights.
For example, British Airways used to be handled by Kenya Aerotech (KAT) of whose equipment
were very old always breaking down when pushing the aircraft with the VVIP on board. I
remember one day, the delay was so much forcing all the passengers including President Moi
to be disembarked for the equipment to be fixed, which angered the president so much that he
ordered KAA's MD Stephen Mureithi to do something to ensure that such a thing never
happens again or Else…..
After Moi's directive to Mr. Mureithi to do something for , Mr. Mureithi taxed our then Ground
Flight Safety and Operations General Manager Mr. Stephen Gichuki, the Airport Manager Mr.
Yatich Kangugo and his Deputy Mr. Yator to come up with a safe plan to making sure that the
president will never be inconvenienced and Embarrassed again again.
At this juncture, Mr. Marwa our Ground Flight Safety Manager (GFS) summoned all the duty
officers and I being among them and tasked us, to come up with proposals and plans to address
this issue once and for all. We were given a research period of one week to have come up with
proposals.
When we met again After one week with Mr. Marwa to evaluate our proposals and plans, its
my plan that was adopted and the rule of the game was that whoever comes up with a viable
plan, would be given the opportunity to demonstrate himself in this meeting. So it was Kuyanda
with his plan on the stage of which Everyone Endorsed as the best of all.
After this I approached the BA's management and all the Stakeholers including the Ground
Handling Companies and explained to them my proposal to this big problem of which they
endorsed. I was given the opportunity to have a discussion with the Captain and the pilot and I
convinced them and they agreed. There we go!!!
MOI’S DEPARTURE TO LONDON HEATHROW IS NOW, AND THERE WE GO!!!
I Instructed the Captain of BA that under this plan, he would be required to disregard the
taxing line towards domestic parking and keep his eyes fixed on the signal man (the
Marshaller). And I also explained to him that because it's a big Aircraft B747 that needs enough
space for safe and easy maneuvering at the domestic parking area, I chose to Freeze all the
outer bays, i.e., Bays 14, Bay 17 and Bay 20 by then. So, this created adequate space for the
Aircraft to maneuver safely to which they agreed. I placed three wing walkers along the flood
light posts to ensure that the Aircraft taxed safely towards the domestic area to Park at the
State Pavilion.
I explained that the processing of Passengers be done on Bay 4 (currently Bay 12) with all the
luggage processed there and be Ferried to the State Pavilion using the Airside Passenger Buses
and Board the Aircraft Parked at the State Pavilion so as to reduce the Aircraft’s weight when

Pushing back to eliminate the possibility of the Pushback Equipment being Overwhelmed by
the heavy weight of the Aircraft with its Contents. And all the security checks and screening be
done there after which the aircraft would push back as usual and start one engine and tax to
the state pavilion, and just proceed to pick up the president with one engine on. That the
aircraft would start the other engines after the president, his entourage and the luggage have
boarded and depart straight away. This happened to the applause of the entire airport workers
and thereafter, it was coined that "yote Yawezekana na Kuyanda", Mwana wa Mbele (First born
,thus myself). The president was visibly happy as he strolled to board the Aircraft and waved
back at us very cheerfully.
MOI’S COMEBACK FROM LONDON;
A DINNER PARTY WAS HELD IN MY TRIBUTE;
Sir,When Moi came back from London Heathrow, he was very happy with my work and
directed Mr. Mureithi our MD to do something for me. Mr. Mureithi was all Smiles for me and
organized a dinner Party for the JKIA and HQ staff and he was very happy and directed that I be
Promoted. At this time, Mr.Moss singled out a driver in the name of Mr. William Kipto of
transport and pleaded with the MD to approve a promotion for him alongside mine. Mr. Kipto
had sometime earlier in the year succeded to dodge carjackers from robbing him of the KAA's
car.Sir, our MD approved Mr. Moss’s request of promoting Mr.Kipto together with me.
Sir , it was during this time that our MD also directed Mr.Moss to come up with a way of
starting a safety training school and Ordered for more Trainings for the Section and more so for
me.
MR.WILIAM KIPTO WAS PROMOTED,BUT NOT ME;
Sir , Following our MD’s Directive to our HR gen. manager that myself and Mr.Kipto be
promoted one grade up, Only Mr Kiptoo was immediately promoted by GM HR Mr. Lenny Moss
who then told our MD Mr. Mureithi that I myself would be promoted as the manager of our
section courtesy of my good work performances as he could soon be rolling out the then on-
going Job restructuring exercise which had been on-going for quite sometime and it was now
almost complete , but as we were still waiting, there was change of regime in 2002 which
affected even the KAA's management including Mr. Mureithi our MD and Mr. Moss were
sacked in the new government of Former President Mwai Kibaki and everything was shelved.
Sir,my quest to have our HR honor this directive by our former president Moi and our former
MD for my promotion after their untimely departure was always dodged by our HR due to their
questionable interest they later developed in our section after our section was allocated a huge
Budget for its growth courtesy of my iconic performance for our former head of state so as to
unlawfully benefit themselves instead of our entire section.
I BECAME THE TARGET FOR ALL MY COLLEAGUES AFTER MY ICONIC PERFORMANCE;
Sir,I regret to inform you that ,arising from this recognition from the head of state, all my
seniors ganged up against me because I was very younger to them as they were the long timers

of the section and my performance had really given them a very big challenge. Sir , I thank my
God to be still living, for they used all means to finish me but, my prayers were very strong,
and without ceasing.For example our manager of our section Mr.Marwa decided not to hand
over to me my letters of commendations from both our HR gen manager and the one from the
British Airways regional manager for my good work till our HR intervened so that he’d to give
me.
DECLARATION OF THE AIRSIDE AVIATION SAFETY SECTION AS THE CORE MANDATE OF
KAA;
It’s Moi who directed the KAA management to put more Emphasis on the Aviation Safety and to
Avail Adequate Budget to cater for its ever emerging Dynamic Technological challenges
especially in maters training and facilities and modernization of our Equipments.
Sir, our MD did this very fast allocating huge budget to our section meant among other things
for our foreign trainings and this attracted influxes of Staff from other departments who
wanted to tap into this windfall including a one Mr. Harison Machio of the security section who
,regretfully to our section, did it the wrong way completely,by joining the section from the top
without requisite Qualifications courtesy of our HR for its questionable interests that later
proved completely wrong.
Sir our HR uses Mr. Machio to Swindle KAA of its hard Earned revenues through fake foreign
trips in the name of workshops and trainings also in the name of Benchmarking , the
proceeds of which they share amongst themselves additional to a very huge salary of over
1million per month till the staff complained and the KAA top management promised to do a
review of his salary ,but how far true that that was done, nobody knows.
Sir, this’s how HR hijacked this section and developed a special interest in matters of the
section and decided to form their own small Safety section on top of our mother section in
order to benefit from the heavy budget that our MD had directed for our section’s
transformation.
FUNCTIONS OF OUR SECTION, THUS GROUND FLIGHT SAFETY
Sir, this section is actually the backbone of KAA for it generates 75 per cent of all the revenues
collected by KAA in terms of Aeronautical fees , thus charges for Aircraft landings and parkings
and Equipment parking and other revenues charged on Airlines and Ground Handling
companies in addition to other companies doing various type of Global business at the Airport.
Sir ,it’s we who manage these functions at the Airport and the reason why it was declared the
Core mandate section of KAA, but before our Improved Airside Aviation safety, KAA used to
place much focus on Security, which by job evaluation, it was found that putting much focus on
security at the expense of Aviation safety functions was, but a misplaced priority because our
security section doesn’t generate any income for KAA , Perhaps this what let to much influx of
staff from the other sections into our section.
THE PHYSICAL DIVISIONS OF OUR SECTION ARE AS SHOWN BELOW:

1. Handling of the VIPs and VVIP’s Aircraft during state functions,
2. Laying of the Red Carpet for the Vips during stae functions,
3. Marshalling of Aircraft from the Taxiways to their Parking Bays by using bats during day
and using Wands at night,
4. Allocation of parking bays to Aircraft,
5. Clibing the Steep Stares to Dock the Passenger Airbridges to and from the Aircraft for
both the Emarkation and disembarkation of the Aircraft,

6. Airside Surveillance on foot to ensure Orderly operations at the Airside just but among
other hard physical Activities etc,etc.
FOUNDING OF THE KENYA AIRPORTS AUTHORIYT AIRSIDE AVIATION TRAINNING SCHOOL.
Sir, Following Moi’s directive for our further trainings, I was lucky to be nominated by our
management as one of the Staff to be Further trained as the most Expert officer in matters
Aviation Safety amongst my other Colleagues. After training we were tasked with the
responsibility of training all the Airport Staff the important elements of Aviation Safety and we
were awarded Certificates after this task becoming Trainers of Trainees. Sir, this position entails
training all the Airside staff i.e. Airlines, ground handling companies and other office staff
working at the airport and all other Aviation Stakeholders. After this, I was nominated among
the instructors who later founded the Kenya Airports Training School for Aviation Safety and
tasked with the responsibility to Train the entire Airport stakeholders the subject of Airside
Aviation Safety of which we accomplished in a period of 6 months.

Sir,Listed below is the scope of this training School, its objectives and our Vision;
THE SCOPE OF TRAINING FOR OUR IMPROVED AIRSIDE AVIATION SAFETY;
1. FOUNDING OF THE AIRSIDE AVIATION SAFETY TRAINING SCHOOL
This school trains an average of 30,000 air-side and airport Staff in general and each staff
paying a minimum of 3,000 totaling to over 100 million shillings Per , but before this school was
started , KAA didn’t have this money .
2.BASIC COMPUTER TRAINING,
3. RADIO TELEPHONEY COMMUNICATION;
Sir ,this’s the type of the communication medium through which we communicate with the
pilots when they are requesting for permissions to tax in immediately after landing on the
Runway and when requesting permissions to tax to the Runway for take etc, etc ,none of
which HR knows anything about.

4.EQUIPMENT Parking Bays

We created an expansive equipment parking area , tarmacked the area and designed
equipment parking bays and imposed a parking fee on each equipment whatever the size and
this one is generating tens of millions for KAA. It wasn’t there before as well as boosting safety
Standards and significantly reducing accidents.
5.VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT INSPECTION
We also created a motor vehicle and equipment inspection Unit to ensure that all these
machines operating at the air-side are roadworthy for the sole purpose of reducing accidents
and incidents at the air-side thereby scaling up the level of safety of aircraft, vehicles, equipment
and to the personnel working at the air-side including the safety of passengers

6.STAFF AND PASSENGER PATHWAYS


The footpaths for both the staff and passengers were well marked to ease confusion along
passengers and air-side workers as well as ensuring that by these footpaths markings, either
the staff or the passengers don’t have any chance of straying into the aircraft parking areas to
cause unnecessary incidents and accidents to the aircraft.
7.AIRSIDE STAFF BEHAVIOUR CODE
We teach the staff the following behavior at the Air-side and a punishment in case of any
breach of the safety rules and regulations;
i. No drinking of Alcohol while on duty,
ii. No fighting while on duty,
iii. No dirty language while on duty,
iv. No theft of passenger properties,
v. No over-speeding for the drivers of vehicles and equipment at the air-side e.t.c ,etc,

OUR OBJECTIVES FOR THIS AIRESIDE SAFETY AS INSTRUCTORS;

1) Sir, as Instructors of this training school,Our our objective number one was to try and
certify this Air side Aviation safety to be incorporated into a degree program taught at our
universities, and we as the instructors open consultant firms for the same as well as
selling our ideas in other Airports around the region to have safe operations of Airports to
minimize or Rid our Airports of accidents and incidents. We planned that, to avoid any
eventuality of dispute for ownership, KAA would be the Patent holder.

A BOON FOR SATEFY TRAINERS:

2) Sir,We anticipated our safety officers to be part time lecturers at our universities of which
looked very motivating and developing ourselves financially, but the coming in of Machio
from security killed our dream.
3) It’s noteworthy to bring to your information that , what’s being taught in our colleges and
Universities as Aviation Safety are all products of the East African School of Aviation and
by the Kenya Airports Authority through work ractices and through Training by this great
college ,thus the Kenya Airports Training School,our product as the Airside Aviation Safety
Instructors. But the universities and colleges get this information through their Interns
who come at the Airport for their Attachments where we teach them free of charge
whereas the Universities consolidate all these into a curriculum Package for both diploma
and degree programs and charging heavy school fees yet we as the owners of these
knowledge get no recognition at all .Otherwise these learning institutions of higher
learning would be getting these information from us in an organized manner and for our
gain as well as for KAA,but our ignorant HR destroyed this noble dream through the ilk of
the Machios.

4) FORMATION OF AVIATION SAFETY LIBRARY;

Sir, we’d written to our MD Mr,Mureithi to channel some funds to help us Open a
special Library and equip it with Aviation Safety materials to help modernize our
services in the region making our Airports the preferred tourist destination in Africa ,but
Sir as you see ,the ignorance of our HR destroyed this great Vision.

5.CREATION OF AIRCRAFT MESEUM;


Sir, we’d requested for creation of an Area at the Airport from our MD where we could
Assemble the chunk Aircraft that were abandoned by the owners due to accumulated
parking fee which they couldn’t pay leading to their seizure by KAA for the pending
parking fee. Sir intended this to be for the sole purposes learning by our colleges and
viewing by people and charging a small levy which would also go a long way towards being
a revenue generating venture for KAA thereby expanding its profit margins.

OUR VISION FOR THIS NOBLE TRAINING SCHOOL;


Sir, our Vision was to transform our Airports into the most efficient and safest Airports
though proper training in this Aviation College in the whole region making our country
the best tourist destination in the world.
KAA IS TOTALLY DORMANT;
Sir, am sorry to state that, KAA as an Organisation has become quite dormant and no
any innovation has there been realized from my Iconic Performance that triggered

growth of every sort. Sir, this state of dormancy in KAA is as a result of a disorganized HR
department which doest understand its roles well.
Sir, no wonder that nearly all of the HR Staff are never hired competitively, for it’s just
who Knows you or who do you know in hiring and promotion of its staff,
Sir , the general growth of KAA as an Organisation is never the concern of our HR at all,
but only their personal interes ts.They ‘re only after Deal cutting business.

ACHIEVEMENTS OF MY ICONIC PERFOMANCE FOR KAA;
The achievements of my performance for KAA led to the following;
1. Improved Airside Safety Operations Devoid of Reckless Incidents and Accidents at the Airport
a) Reduced accidents and incidents that have translated into few or no claims of damages
of equipment i.e. A/c, vehicles, Passengers etc. and making JKIA to be the destination of
choice for many within the region and outside.

b) Around 10 years or so ago, JKIA and Moi International Airport Mombasa received
awards for being the best managed Airports in Africa in terms of Aviation Safety. This
is just based on Our improvement of the safety management at the airside.

c) Creation of Birds strike Unit that has reduced accidents and incidents of birds strikes to
aircraft that used to a very big menace to the safety of Aircraft that used to cost million
of Dollars in claims from the Airport Operators and Airlines annually.

d) Creation of Equipment Unit which now is a revenue generating venture whereby, people
are paying parking fee Unlike before.

e) Creation of our Aviation Safety Training School, also generates revenue for the
authority apart from improving and enhancing safety standards at our airports.
g.Creation of Motor Vehical Inspection Unit which apart from helping in the reductions of
Accidents,alo generates revenues for KAA as an Organisation.
Sir, We exited the School as instructors after 3 years having completed training the whole of
JKIA Staff, this includes all the operators at the Airside and some of us remained teaching on
full time basis especially safety refresher courses. Plus, lack of goodwill for recognition and
reward. We demanded for an allowance but it was wait, wait till now nothing was rewarded to
us because of Sabotage from HR who were challenged to have been the ones to come out with
such initiatives.

Sir,it was during this moment that we were just waiting for the way forward after HAVING
Trainned the whole of Airport Staff and after the Exit of our MD and the gen Manager Mr.
Moss that a Mr.Karama from Ukunda Airstrip was appointed as the manager replacing our
former manger Mr. Marwa who ‘d retired a while ago.
. Sir, this man started Harassing me at any opportunity he could get fearing that I was a threat
to his position. He did so much horrors to me and later he demoted me from grade six to grade
five.When I Raised this matter with our MD,our MD was very much concerned with the way HR
was handling the staff\s disputes having received a lot of complains from the other
departments as well. The MD promised to have our issues addressed in due course .
Sir, our MD re-contracted the Price Water House to redo the job Rationalization and address
our concerns,but his contract Expired before the Price Water House completed the Task and
we’d lost the battle because these managers operate like cartels by shielding away any new MD
who comes in from staff who’ve complains which can also affect them. They even block the
staff from accessing new MDs fearing the obvious . Sir,our MD’s quest to address the issues
affecting staff members were frustrated by some of the managers who also had integrity issues
including those who came in through the back door and feared that they would be victimized.
HISTORICAL BACKGROUND OF KAA LACK OF PERMANENCY IN CEOs

Sir, our complains were always handed over to all the subsquent new MDs who came in
replacing their predecessors making it hard for them to understand ,but only with promises of
addressing them, but our HR would always stand in our ways courtesy of their proximity to
the top managements only to our dismay.
MY TRANSFER FROM JOMO KENTATTA AIRPORT TO WILSON AIRPORT;
Sir, I regret to inform you that when Mr. Karama continued mistreating me, I decided to request for
a Cross Transfer to the Wilson Airport for my safety and the security of my life.Sir,it was unlucky for
me that, our HR in their quest to expand their scope to other Airports, promoted

and posted Mr.Machio to the Wilson Airport as the Airport Manager replacing a Mr.Charles
Owino who’d been implicated in a very sensitive issue that’s still under investigation as we were
made to believe. It should be pointed to you that Mr.Owino was also under Mr.Machio at the
JKIA before he was unlawfully promoted by HR and posted to Wilson Airport as Airport
manager.
HOW HR USED TO FRUSTRATE OUR MD MR.GEORGE MOHOHO IN HIS QUEST TO ADDRESS THE
STAFF’S GRIVANCES;
Sir,HR really gave Mr. Muhoho a very hard time.For example Mr.Muhoho could contract human
resources consultancy Firms to help restructure KAA with the intention of Fixing the Staff’s
issues, but HR would frustrate these consultancy Firms by Fixing their own preferred persons in
positions that they don’t qualify for.
This continued on and on till the HR gen Manager by the name of Ken Kaunda was sacked by
the Board because of his impunity, yet our grievances were not addressed and yet Mr. Kaunda
was sacked for violating our rights ,myself being on the forefront of the most affected ones.
Sir, Mr. Muhoho is still alive to bear witness for this because the staff were almost going on
strike against him because of the notorious HR, something that he loathed to happen to him
at whatever cost.
HOW HR SNEAKED MR.MACHIO FROM THE SECURITY SECTION TO BE OUR MANAGER
IN AVIATION SAFETY;
Sir,having left JKIA for Wilson Airport in the year 2009 running away from Mr. Karama,KAA
advertised a vacancy of Manager Safety and operations in our section that had been
Occasioned by the Exit of our Former Chief Ground Flight safety Manager, who’d retired from
the service around the year 2003 and the office had not been filled at that time.
Sir, perhaps I find it very necessary to bring to your Knowledge that, sometime in the year
2004,KAA Advertised this same position through the HAWKINS Human Resources Consultancy
firm of which I Emerged the winner, but our HR changed tune that the position needs a Degree
holder and we were Implored to go to University and get a degree for the position because by
then none of us had a degree. Sir, am the only one who went to the university amongst my
colleagues in the section with whom we did the interview under Hawkins ..Sir, the Board ruled
out giving out this strategic position to outsiders, siting possible sabotage and
misunderstandings in the section impacting our Organization very negatively .

Sir,in the year 2009 I joined the University and enrolled for a three and half year degree in
Barchelor of Arts in Leadership and Management , but when I submmited my degree certificate
to the same same HR, they instead destroyed them, and as a result, Unlawfully gave the
position to a Mr. Machio from the security section against the recommendation of the Board
because that is the Policy of KAA for its most Strategic Positions.

Sir, it must be emphasized here that , Mr. Machio doesn’t have Aviation Safety Training
Certificate from the East African School of Aviation as is required for anybody to be an
Aviation Safety Practitioner by the EAST AFRICA SCHOOL OF AVIATION AS WELL AS BY BOTH
ICAO AND IATA, this’s a very big scandal of immense magnitude as far as the three above
Aviation Regulators are Concerned .
A VIOLATION OF CAP 185 OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION FOR REDISIGNATION OF
PUBLIC SERVANT;
Sir,Under the Cap185 of the Public Service Commission,a Public Officer should meet the
following Considerations in order to qualify for any Redisgnation from one department to
another.
1.Must join move from one department to another at the bottom level so as to be trained
about the functions in the new department.
2.Must have Skills and knowledge about the new department.
3.
Sir,its clear from the Above considerations that our HR Erred in awarding this technical position
to Mr.Machio who didn’t have any Technical know-how of the job leading to disastrous
occurrences as explained in this report.

However Sir,I thank MY God that,the HR officer who I discovered to have been responsible for
the destruction of my certificates was traced and I reported this matter to the HR gen manager
Mr. Antony Njagi who promised to take action ,but he seems to have been well co-opted into
these dirty schemes being done by his officers , and this why I humbly appeal to you to help me
get my justice .
Sir, following the dubious manner in which Mr Machio was imposed on us, he was utterly
rejected by the entire department through our manager at the KAA terminal Mr. Mohamed
Karama. Staff demonstrated against him to the Managing Director Mr. George Muhoho , who
promised to hire a human resources Consultant Firm, the Price Water House to do job
evaluation to ascertain if Mr. Machio merited the job or not , Unfortunately our MD’s contract
expired before The Price Water House finished the job Evaluation exercise and the section had
lost the fight to Mr. Machio and for Mr. Karama for having demoted me from grade 6 to grade
5.
Sir, it’s quite disheartening to let you know that, HR maintained and kept the price Water
House doing the exercise of job rationalization for a good 11 years or so, only for our HR under
Mr. Njagi declaring that ,the job rationalization exercise found nothing tangible for the staff.
Then why was this exercise done in secrecy and for thatb long FOR EXACTLY TO COME OUT
WITH NOTHING

However , Mr. Machio took the position as manager and was protected by the HR, but he
found it extremely difficult to operate and would just be sitting in the office alone without even
foot soldiers which later occasioned the Unlawful Formation of another section for him by the
HR in order to sustain him running it for them.
HOW HR HIJACKED THE OPPORTUNITIES THAT MOI HAD ORDERED FOR THE MAIN GROUND
FLIGHT SAFETY SECTION BY UNLAWFULLY FORMING A SPLINTER SECTION AND NAMING IT
AS JUST SAFETY,FOR THEIR OWN UNLAWFUL GAINS;
Sir, our HR felt total humiliation by the rejection of their man to be our section’s boss and this’s
the birth of the infamous Safety section for Mr. Machio by the HR for their flimsy interests at
the expense of KAA .Sir, even after this section was formed for him so as to sustain his position,
things were not easy for him. Mdam , Mr. Machio’s office didn’t have any personnel and HR
started poaching junior staff from the main Ground Flight Safety section by luring them with
high Grades with huge salaries thereby destroying the mother section and compromising
quality and delivery of service.
However,Mr.Machio continued to use whichever means possible in getting relevant Data to our
operations at JKIA in order to be submitting it to the MD with a lot of difficulties because our
section defied him even just entries to our office and he only could be sending the junior
officers he’d poached from our section,but things were not easy for him because even those
junior officers he poached from our section were branded as traitors.
HOW HR IMPOSED A JUNIOR OFFICER FROM JKIA TO UNLAWFULLY REPLACE ME AT WILSONN
AIRPORT AS ACTING SAFETY MANAGER IN THEIR UNLAWFUL EXPANSIONIST AGENDA;

Sir , it was just a short period of time after Mr.Machio had just been transferred to our Wilson
Airport that HR advertised the Position of safety and Operations manager at the Wilson Airport
of which I was in an acting capacity after my boss left me in the office when he proceeded on
his retirement, and as I was still waiting for my Confirmation , HR in cohorts with Mr. Machio
who had just been transferred to Wilson Airport as the new Airport manager, came in with a
junior officer from JKIA by the name of Mr. Dominic Kaliva from his fake safety section and
forced me out of Wilson Airport to JKIA so as to pave way for this junior officer that had just
been transferred from JKIA by the HR with the ill intention of taking this position from me by
one of their own. Sir ,IT MUST BE known to you that THIS OFFICER is one of the officers HR
poached from our main Safety section in JKIA so as to make this small safety section of theirs
to look all rounded, but in vain.
Sir, this officer was a very junior staff to me as well as my Student in Aviation Safety and didn’t
have any extra Skill than me.Additionally Sir , I was more Experienced than him having joined
our section 10 years before him.Sir, moreover, am the one who Taught him work functions of
our section and by the time I left JKIA to Wilson Airport, he was working under me as his duty
OFFICER as can be seen on file even as now.
1.Sir,when I went to Wilson Airport, my Boss at Wilson ,thus Mr.Jacton Agolla and I started
training the Wilson Airlines and all other Stakeholders the Improved Airside Safety as we’d

done at the Jomo Kenyatta Airport and this was received well by the Wilson Airport
Community due to good Safety Outcomes of our trainings.
2.Sir,it’s my former boss and myself who set up the important Airside Safety Structures that
helped to Rid the Wilson Airport of its Perpetual accidents of the small Aircraft which used to
happen now and again and they used to be rampant even being Televised on our Local Tv
stations, but for now it’s a thing of the past Courtesy of our Innovative approaches to those
incidents and accidents at the Wilson Airport .
REJECTION OF MR. DOMINIC KALIVA BY OUR ENTIRE SECTION AT THE WILSON AIRPORT
TO REPLACE ME FROM OFFICE;
3.Sir,this Junior Officer was Rejected by both our Section and the Wilson Airport Operators and
the Stake holders because it’s me who’d Saved them from Accidents and incidents which apart
from making them incur costly damages, also making the cost of doing business very high. Sir,
this added to the other reasons to my Forced transfer because this angered Mr.Machio and HR
who clearly felt defeated hence forcing me out of office unceremoniously.
Sir, am sorry to let you know that it took this junior Officer over 1 year to learn and understand
the Wilson Airport Safety environment so as he could sit for the interview , a sorry state of
affairs whereby HR had to spare time for him to learn to be acquaint with the work
environment at the Wilson Airport so as to re-advertise the position for him.

MY UNLAWFUL TRANSFER FROM WILSON AIRPORT TO THE JOMO AIRPORT IN 2017;


Sir,I take this Opportunity to Condemn my transfer as mala fides,thus in sharp contrast with our
Labour Laws.Sir, please note that, our HR Officer at our Headquaters Transferred me from
Wilson Airport to JKIA without involving my immediate boss ,thus our Section In-Charge
Mr.Josephat Maina , now diseased and, more worse by bypassing our HR Officer in charge
Wilson Airport Mr.Kisang yet their rank is just the same.Sir my boss Mr.Maina was also later
demoted and transferred to join me at the JKIA for protesting why I was Unlawfully transferred
without his Awareness And Approval. Sir, when I went to complain to Mr. Machio, our Airport
Manager about that illegal transfer, he Vehemently denied anything to do with it and instead
told me that it was Ms. Rose Wasike and Chrisantus Ouma , both HR officers at the JKIA.So
Everyone’s question was, How could HR Officers in outside Station transfer Any Staff member
who’s not in their station without the Knowledge of the Airport Manager who’s the Overall boss
of the Station and also by bypassing other senior officers in that manner?
Sir, This transfer was quite Unfair as it was Illegal, it was Unjust as it was Improper because
Contrary to its contents which Stated that the terms and Conditions of service remained the
same ,that am going to JKIA as a Duy officer of a Shift,I was demoted to the junior position of an
Apron Controller,meaning that I’d be doing manual jobs instead. Surely, why was I Punished
like this for no reason explained to me? Surely Sir,did I deserve this type of treatment? Sir, my
boss Mr. Maina was also demoted and transferred to JKIA and we were there stranded
together. Mr. Maina was stripped of his position of being the In-Charge of a section to merely

doing shift work under his juniors just because of querring Mis Rose and Mr. Machio why I was
transferred without his involvement. Sir,my boss felt much frustrated by this and later on he
succumbed to frustrations and became more stressed and depressed and passed on last year.
Sir,I feel realy devasted reminiscing that my boss died as a result of me.
THIS TRANSFER CAUSED HEATED CONFLICT BETWEEN Sir ROSE AND MR.OUMA ON ONE
SIDE AND MR, KISANG AND MY BOSS MR. MAINA ON THE OTHER SIDE
Sir, following the abuse of office by the two rogue HR staff, thus Ms. Rose and Mr. Ouma
against one of their own at the Wilson Airport, thus Mr.Benjamine Kisang , the HR Officer in-
Charge, their fight escalleted to the MD’s Office who addressed the Issue ,but details of what
transpired was not let out although Mr.Kisang was the winner over Rose and Ouma who were
given warning letters for their unprocedural behaviour ,Yet their decision to transfer and
demote me was not Revoked and my spirited effort to reach the MD For explanation of my case
were always thwarted by the HR’s networks which put a ring around any senior managers who
could help me in this case.
Sir, going to JKA on this transfer, as stated in my transfer letter, our line manager , Mr.
Suleiman Masinde,by tnen still in an acting position,totally refused to approve this transfer on
Very Strong Grounds that my Position was not there at JKIA and told me to go back to Wilson
Airport for some further direction. Sir, when I went back to Wilson Airport, our HR Officer Mr.
Benjamin Kisang denied any involment in this unlawful transfer, yet he’s the station’s HR Officer
in charge.
Sir, when I went to see Mr. Machio informing him that our Line Manager at the JKIA by the
name of Mr. Suleiman Masinde had refused to allow me access to work at the JKIA on
grounds that my position is not there, he Mr. Machio referred me to Ms. Rose and Mr. Ouma
who threatened me with sacking if I didn’t go to JKIA and stopped bothering them.
IT WAS MY THREAT OF SEEKING THE INTERVENTION OF EITHER THE SENATE OR
THE PARLIAMENT TO OUR HR THAT SAVED MY JOB;
Sir, the whole Stalemate took 3 months after which I threatened them of invoking the
intervention of either the senate or the Parliament of which worked positively for me. Sir, I was
just meant to stay at home and be reporting at work twice a week to be updated of further
directions , but one day I went to report only to be told that nothing had been reached yet just
as usual. However, this time I felt very tired and completely worked out. I just talked to Ms.
Rose who as usual would talk to me rudely with threats of sacking me. This time I just humbly
requested her to explain to me what my mistake was or else I blow a whistle on this to the
senate or the Parliament to come for my help and I left immediately. Sir, God is great. The
following day I received a phone call from my manager calling me to report on duty that it had
been agreed that he should let me work at JKA but to be given any assignment that’s available
because there wasnt my position of Duty Officer for me as stated in my transfer letter. Sir,my
further consultations with HR for my demotion as a Duty Officer to the junior position of an
apron controller, they still threatened me with disciplinary action if I refused any type of role
given to me by my supervisor.Sir,because of the Unemployment Challenges in our Country and

because of my family members who pleaded with me, I just accepted hoping that things would
later improve , but I was wrong.
Sir,as hustling with my situations ,I was shortlisted for our section’s interview that KAA had
sometime back advertised through our HR. Sir I sat competently for the interview with
everyone knowing that I was the Front runner for the position, but it happened to the surprise
of all that a one Mr. Munyao again from a small Airport, thus Malindi Airport was later on given
the position after heavy canvassing for one year .

MUNYAO’S ARRIVAL FROM NO WHERE;


HOW HR. AND MR. MACHIO COMPROMISED OUR INTERVIEW FOR THE MANAGER
GROUND FLIGHT SAFETY IN THE YEAR 2018 IN FAVOUR OF A VERY JUNIOR OFFICER
KNOWN AS Mr. ZACHEAS MUNYAO AGAINST ME;
ZACHEAS MUNYAO
Sir this staff Was very junior staff not an officer but just the rank of a subordinate staff. No
exposure to Airport of the JKIA status.Had not even been in-Charge of a Shift.

Sir, this man had very serious integrity issues. He’d earlier been summarily dismissed from the
service and his name was Struck out from the Payroll after he was found guilty of Embezzling
KAA’s finances. Sir, this man came back after 6 years in the Cold and was made our manager to
the surprise of Everybody and a short while later, Mr. Macho Confessed he’s the one who
single Handedly Picked him from a Small Airport like Malindi and made him our Manager ,yet
it’s a Serious act of abuse of office as a leader and that’s why this man is only managing this
bigger facility using his deputy but with a lot of complains from all the stakeholders,but he’s
protected by the HR.
WORK STANDSTILL’
Sir, there was hue and cry about this man becoming our manager yet everybody new he’s a
thief. Sir, what Example is KAA Instilling in it’s Employees by Promoting the Culture of
Negative growth?
Sir, cases of KAA Promoting Criminals and Punishing good Performers is quite rife. Like
Stagnating good performers on one Job Group for either a long time or just throughout their
work life because of very Inept managers who either wanted to be bribed or Fear their Juniors
with better Requisite qualifications than them.
MUNYAO’S PERFORMANCE;
Sir, from the time Mr.Munyao took over Office,Work Standards have always been at a Free Fall
due to his incompetence to prove to be equal to the task yet he’s always pprotected by
Mr,Machio. But as fate would have it,in a very rare and dramatic turn of events, Mr. Machio

and Mr. Munyao turned out to be friends turned bitter Foes to the point of both of them
rumored to be engaging some unholy powers against each other for total destruction forcing
Mr. Machio to engage me to save his job from Munyao’s spirited fight against him***

Sir, Quite Interestingly ,Mr.Munyao had been Staging Numerous COUP DETATS to have Mr.
Machio fired so that he could easly replace him as the gen manager of the section for the very
reason that Mr. Machio was sneaked into the section quite unlawfully and therefore not
Qualified as an Aviation Safety Practitioner as is Required by both the IATA and ICAO as well as
the East African School of Aviation, but this hit a snag Courtesy of Mr. Machio’s Protection by
the HR.
Sir ,Perhaps the most Fascinating thing here is that, Mr. Machio though Angry with Mr.
Munyao’s Behaviour to the extend that he very much tries to Sack him,he cannot , because the
Board doesn’t know Mr.Munyao as a manager , yet it’s only the Board itself which can prevail
upon the sacking of a manager , but not the HR and Mr. Machio who secretly sneaked in
Mr.Munyao to be a manager with a bad record by bypassing the very Board that would sack
him. Sir, both the HR and Mr. Machio fearing reprisals from the Board for their heinious act of
sneaking Mr Munyao in decide to Bear the pain of their Own, folly and are therefore forced to
Work with Mr. Munyao “wapende wasipende” .
Sir, The whole Section is just Grieving with the Pain of Working Under both Mr. Machio and Mr.
Munyao none of whom is adding any Value to the Section. The section’s PRAYER is that,
Sacking of anyone of them, will result in the sacking of both and therefore a good Riddance for
the section ,hence Celebrations for the whole Department’s Liberation, because the section is
being led by very questionable Characters imposed to the section as leaders.

CORRUPTION ARREAS IN KAA BY THE HR OFFICERS;
DURING SHORTLISTING FOR HIRING AND IN PROMOTIONS;
Sir, corruption at KAA Starts during the Shortlisting Stage for Interviews for both Employment
and Promotions . Sir, it’s during these stages that the Rogue HR staff make money and sneak in
their choices whether they’re Suitable for the job or not ,you like it or not.The staff’s
Complaints broke none of their bones. Sir, it’s heard in Silent tones that for Senior positions like
the posts of Managers, bribes of over 300k is given and other medium positions 200k is given to
date albeit secretly. This was the Entry point to our section by Mr. Machio from the security

section.In summary, the safety section under Mr. Machio is our HR’S PROJECT for their own
unlawful and selfish gains. This section is secretly known as the Cash cow for HR.
Most Annoying Sir,in some cases certificates of the most deserving staff who cannot yield to the
demands of these rogue HR are destroyed in order to give Latitude to their people who comply
with their demands by giving out something ,like in my case where my certificates were
destroyed to give latitude to Mr.Machio , Mr.Kaliva and Mr. Munyao.
THE VISE OF FILE CLEANCING IN KAA BY HR;
Sir,this’s another Area of office abuse by our HR. In this case, for example if a staff has a dirty
office ie,say integrity issues and the staff wants to apply for a vacant position, he or she can
have their files cleaned by HR to make such staff Eligible for the position . Sir ,this’s what
they did for their project Mr.Munyao who was sacked years ago but only to come back and
by parting with a bribe ,his file was cleaned up thoroughly and he was made manager of our
section.
THIS SECTION OF THE HR AND MR.MACHIO, A DISRUPTION OF COORDNATION OF
SAFETY FUNCTIONS AT OUR AIRPORTS
In some cases Sir, they form some small small sections for the main purposes of employing their
own cronies as the employed cronies part with some Percentage of their salaries as agreed
upon as a conditionality to get employed,but this’s is a very top top secret because if
discovered,both parties can face the sack as it’s a crime in Kenya for both the giver and the
recipient of a bribe . Sir, these small sections only serve to fleece our Organisation and their
own selfish personal interests at the cost of the Organization.Sir,just like the Kenya Tower
Waters Authority that was disbanded by the CS Environment for doing the same functions like
other water Agencies at the expense of the Tax Payer, this Safety of HR ought to be close d as
soon as yesterday. This small section known as safety is hampering seamless coordination with
the mother section for effective service delivery.
Sir,HR also formed another Dubious section known as FACILITATION. Sir, perhaps most funny
because it came to be discovered the section looked very discriminatory on its form of
hiring.This section was only full of an elite composition and only young girls whom it was
discovered that they were Mr. Kaunda’s girl friends for which he was sacked among our
many other numerous complaints against the entire HR as a section.

resources under the Government’s Consolation Slogan of ‘job creation for the youth.’

HOW THE BOARD DO THE EXERCISE OF VETTING FOR MANAGERS;

Sir,our Board does the vetting of managers after the interviews have been conducted to\
validate the illegibility of the staff interviewed.Sir this they do by perusing all the files of
the submitted staff to rid out vises of staff with integrity issues,they also look for academic
qualifications and bad records in general.
Sir, in my case, HR used to present my File to the Board without any Certificate.This’s how
they managed to keep me on the same grade without moving any step forward for more than
20 years till I prematurely exited employment in 2022.

THE FOLLOWING IS THE LIST OF SOME OF THE SERIOUS TRAGEDIES THAT HAPPENED TO OUR
AIRPORTS UNDER THIS SMALL SECTION THAT WAS UNLAWFULLY FORMED FOR MR. MACHIO
BY THE HR.
Sir,it’s quite disheartening to enlist to you some of the very serious occurrences that have
characterized the period of Mr. Macho’s tenure as the in-charge safety section of HR.
1. The fire that gutted down the famous JKIA’s Terminal Building in 2013 yet the Fire station is
just 100m away from the fire accident, but the fire vehicles would reach there when
everything as already consumed by fire .Rumors had it that it was deliberate because HR had
dished out promotions in a very skewed manner and the staff said that let those who were
promoted go and put off the fire.
2. The fire that consumed the Amref’s Offices in 2015 in the heart of Wilson Airport where the
fire station was just only about 70 meters away.
3. The fire that burned down a Foreign Aircraft that was parked at the fire section itself and the
staff claimed that the fire vehicles didn’t have water, forcing them to use pails and sufurias to
put off the fire us in water basins ,sufurias and karayas ,but were overwhelmed by the fire and
the Aircraft was partly damaged thereby forcing KAA to pay the heavy fines.The question is,
why the fire staff always report to the fire scenes to late and without enough water in their
trucks?
What KAA only does is to transfer these fire staff and ignoring the real reasons behind this.The
reason is the HR.
4. THEFT OF AN AIRCRAFT BY MACHIO’S STAFF AND NEAR DISBANDMENT OF THIS SECTION;
Sir , Mr. Machio is not in control of the staff under this section because he knows nothing
about what the section really does and as such the staff are holding him at ransom, thus he
cannot discipline these staff making it unruly and quite indiscipline. Sir, some of these staff who
were transferred to the Wilson Airport for their Expansionist agenda,organized themselves and
stole a small Aircraft from a parking Bay and pocketed the money, but they were not lucky this
time round as they were discovered and arrested and locked up in the police custody .
However, the flying squad was hired to search for the Aircraft through thick and thin, luckily for
them ,the Aircraft was intercepted before its destination believed to be Tanzania. Some Staff
were sacked for good.

Sir, this was the time everyone expected that this troublesome section would be disbanded ,
but instead some of the staff were rewarded by hefty promotions , as usual
5. Sir, there’re some other issues the staff in this section are still being probed of.
ANOTHER UNLAWFUL POSITION; THE GENERAL MANAGER SAFETY AND
OPERATIONS CREATED FOR MACHIO BY HR:
Sir,this’s another position that was Unlawfully Created for Mr. Machio about five years back just
for the purpose of Swindling the Government of it’s Resources, yet the cries of the Staff just Fell
on deaf ears.Sir, this Officer is paid over 1milion shillings just for doing nothing.Sir, Mr. Machio
was just given this position without being interviewed and if for any slim possibility that there
was an interview, then it’s but quite opaque, thus maybe was done at night under locked doors.

THE CAUSE OF MY EARLY EXIT FROM EMPLOYMENT,WORK INFLICTED ACCIDENT;


Sir, being an apron controller entailed running up and down marshaling aircraft and docking the
passenger Air-bridges climbing up and down the deep staircases. Sir, after working in this
position for around 6 years in Pain and Anguish, the Center would no longer hold for my lower
back somehow cracked disjointed,thereby threatening my mobility.Sir ,it’s very sad to let you
know that,during this time of my great pain, Mr.Machio instructed Mr. Munyao to sack me or
transfer me again from JOMO to Malindi Airport when I could miss work because of my pain.
Sir, even when my Doctor indicated that am sick and he’s attending to me, this Munyao
wouldn’t listen to it.
Sir, I very much appreciate the interventions of our HR manager at the JKIA Ms. Mary Gachou
and the Airport manager Mr.Abel Gogo who’d,intervene for me by tell Mr. Munyao
off ,because the fact that I was sick and in pain was just obvious, yet this cruelity by Mr. Machio
and Munyao. If it wasn’t for the help of these two managers , thus Sir Gachou and Mr. Gogo
our Aiport Manager,my sacking was already pronounced by the HR through Mr. Munyao and
Machio.
Sir, it was at this stage in the year 2022 April that the pain became too much to bear and in
consultation with my doctor, I decided to apply for early retirement on medical grounds, but
KAA management did not grand me the benefits of early retirement on medical grounds as is
Enshrined in our Constitution ,and yet it, thus KAA’s management Acknowledged my
sickness and approved my Doctor’s advice .
HOW HR PERFECTED THE ART OF RIGGING THE INTERVIEWS IN FAVOUR OF THEIR PEOPLE;
Sir , HR used to tilt the outcome of the interviews to its chosen people by destroying my
certificates in my file and leaving just a mere Skeleton minus any certificates, thus academic
and professional certificates as it was revealed to me by Mr. Antony Njagi, the new general
manager upon assuming the position after the departure of Ms. Kaleyi in the year 2020, the
former HR general manager after her departure from KAA to the Judiciary.

Sir, also attached is the letter of Acknowledgement of receipt of my Certificates by our new HR
gen manager HR Mr. Antony Njagi as late as in the year 2020.So,how did I get employment
without Certificates ? So this’s the reason why I was made to remain on the same Grade
marking time without moving forward a step for more than 20 years,my good work
performance and long time experience notwithstanding at all, all lost ?

MAN CALLED CHRISNTUS OUMA;

Sir, THIS MAN Ouma is a very strange character. This man by profession is a medical officer
with a diploma in nursing , but Sir , to the surprise of many people , this man decided to quit
this noble profession of which he trained for a whole 3 years to be employed at KAA as the
staff Medical records Keeper. Sir, this man did PHD just in one year and indeed has a PHD,but
surprisingly, he doesn’t have a bachelor’s degree , and indeed, if its’s a genuine PHD degree ,
why is he a petty man? He destroyed my file by EXPUNGING my Certificates that I should not
rise, yet he was my school mate and a CLASSMATE in Musingu Boys High School. Sir, people are
amazed that this officer who got a PHD 10 years back yet cannot seek for greener pastures
elsewhere. This PHD of his should be probed for he might have bought it from unknown
Location in Nairobi. This shows that he together with some of his fellow staff in the HR are
engaged in some illicit activities as there’re innumerous number of complaints by the entire
KAA staff against them in maters Promotions ,training and transfers which are always done in a
Skewed manner.
HOW THIS OFFICER WAS DISCOVERVERED TO BE THE CULPRIT WHO EXPUNCHED MY
DEGREE AND OTHER CERTIFICATES FROM MY FILE:
Sir , it happened that Mr. Njagi who’d promised to promote me after covid was over, seemed
to be taking extremely long necessitating me to remind him to honor the promise to which he
directed Mr. Ouma to look into my request and recommend to him the necessary
action .Sir ,one day Mr. Ouma calls to rudely inform me that I don’t deserve to be promoted
due to there being no reason.
At this point in time, I implored him to explain why so and the reason they’d removed my
certificates from my File leaving just but a Skeleton. To this ,he became very angry with me to
the extend of threatening me with a show cause letter for my allegations. That, how can you
heap unsubstantiatable remarks to the status of the HR officers? So he told me that not unless I
satisfactorily cleared with him by tangible proof, I’d have a day with the entire management of
the HR with purpose of serverely punishing me.
Sir,at this time, I begged him to cool down and listen to me for his own benefit or else I raise the
issue with the DCI to which he complied and I proved to him that ,the certificates he was seeing
in my file, were just but a new refill,done by his own Overall boss , the gen manager

Mr.Antony Njagi after drawing to my attention that he couldint promote me because am in KAA
illegaly for my File doest have any certificate to which I proved as we did peruse my file
together with him and confirmed it.
Sir, it was at this point that he hastly changed tune and at once said that , yes I can now
remember that we put your certificates in Folio B. Then I asked him to explain to me the
rationale for doing so and if HR had just decided that all certificates to the staff had to shift
from the main Files to Folio B and not even notifying the general managers who’d request for
the staff’s at any time for whatever reason.To which he pleade sorry but I explained to him the
damage that their action had caused me including my stagnation on one job group.
Meanwhile,I did seek audience with his boss who unfortunately became too busy to have a
meeting with me ,but even so, I Officially wrote and explained to him this issue ,but he was
always evading it and he could neither pick my phone calls nor respond to my text messages to
this.
HoweverSir, these HR have too much impunity and this came at a time that my sickness was
overwhelming me ,and even when it worsend and my Doctor advised me to consider my health
status instead of work,I went to his Office severally for a professional advise before I could do
anything else,but because of the issue of the issue of my certificate which he had refused to
address,forced him to refer me to his juniors in the department instead of him doing it himself.
Sir,this issue terrified other staff members who felt that their certificates under HR were not
safe. The staff felt that this officer who destroyed my certificates in the file ought to be sacked
without any further delay, but the officer is still their cutting other deals yet am languishing in
poverty.
HOW THE RETIRED KAA STAFF ARE SUFFERING IN THEIR RETIREMENT DUE TO
MISAPPROPRIATION OF THEIR FUNDS BY MR. NJAGI AND THE FORMER CEO MR. ALEX GITARI:

PUNISHMENT FOR COUNTRIES EMPLOYING SAFETY OFFICERS WITH FAKE QUALIFICATIONS IN


AVIATION INDUSTRY BY THE IATA and the ICAO.
Sir, according to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the International Air
Transport Association (IATA),the global cop for the civil Aviation’s functions, hiring
unqualified staff is a very serious crime and its penalties are very severe including travel
embargoes/bans together with huge fines in millions of dollars if found culpable.
These two important Air travel bodies attach a lot of seriousness on aviation safety because it
deals with lives and properties and any recklessness in this industry is very costly.
Sir, even the East Africa School of Aviation can punish the KAA for this misnomer.Sir,these two
bodies always conduct Routine Airport Aviation Safety Audits and if they can find out what
has been happening in Kenya to the safety of Aircraft and other Airport infrastructures had
anything to do with this small section that was unlawfully created by our HR, then our country
would be in big trouble.

GROUND FLIGHT SAFETY SECTION OF KAA IS NOT A CREATION OF KENYA,BUT THE CREATION
OF AVIATION INDUSTRY ,THUS THE IATA AND ICAO AND NOT HRs.
Sir,any extra designes on this section should be done in consultation of the two
international bodies as indicated above, the IATA AND THE ICAO.
DEMAND THAT KAA TO COMPANSATE ME FOR DODGING ME AFTER GOING TO UNIVERSITY
FOR A DEGREE,BUT INSTEAD DESTROYED IT AND IRREGULARLY HANDED THE POSITION TO A
NON-SECTION STAFF;
Sir,after Moi directed our MD Mr. Mureithi to promote me,our HR devised tricks of denying
me the promotion promising to promote me later after rolling out the restructuring exercise
which was on-going .Sir , sometime later around the year 2003 they advertised the position of
Safety and Operations Manager through the HAWKINS Human Resources Firm. Sir , I
successfully sat for the Interview but they shifted the Goal post and we were told that we
could not be given the job . That the Board of Directors had directed that the position needs a
degree holder and the results were cancelled and we were given time to prepare and go back
to study for a relevant degree if we wanted to merit the job.
Sir, I decided to prepare by saving for the studies , but all my colleagues we sat with for the
interview that was cancelled decided not to go because of very reasons of age and monetary
considerations and they me their blessings to hustle because we were 5 staff fighting for one
position and they felt that all of us going to university yet there was only one slot, then this was
just but a gambling game .
However, to my dismay, after my stiff hustles, what our HR did to me is what can be well
termed as Criminal acts. AM THE ONLY OFFICER IN THE SECTION WHO’S MOST QUALIFIED
WITH UNMARCHED ACADEMIC and professional QUALIFICATIONS AND TRACK RECORD
RECOGNISED BY MANY STAKEHOLDERS INCLUDING OUR LATE PRESIDENT MOI YET------
I LAUD OUR PRESIDENT’S DECISION:
Sir , I largely laud our president’s decision for assuring Kenyans that those who involved
themselves in the fake certificates in the civil service including those who did dubious
transfers or Resignations from one department to another for the purposes of Gaining illegal
huge salaries shall be disciplined thoroughly. Attached Please find the newspaper page
quoting the president.

REQUEST FOR COMPENSATION BY KAA THROUGH YOUR HONOURABLE OFFICE:


Sir, from the above information stated by myself and being the truth and nothing but the truth, I
humbly request your honorable office to run with speed and intervene for me in order that I

get dispensation of my justice due to the ills perpetrated to me by KAA through its HR
managers for my good performances.
1) Compensation for my Unlawful demotion from Grade six to grade 5 by Mr. Mohamed
Karama upon his coming in as our section’s manager in the year 2003 with impunity
so that I couldn’t be heard of .
2) Sir, through your office, I humbly request you to help me get the grade that our MD
authorized the then Gen manager HR Mr. Lenny Moss to give me but I was not given as
Mr. Moss promised to make me the manager GFS courtesy of my numerous good
performances including that one of the president Moi, but he was sacked before
implementing it and Mr.Karama took Advantage of this.
3) Sir, the other managerial positions of safety manager Wilson airport, the one Sir Rose
chased me away from Wilson with impunity so that I could pave way for the Dominic
Kaliva .
4) Sir, again our HR in cohorts with Mr.Machio manipulated our Interview for the position
of the manager ground flight safety at the JKIA in Favour of one Mr. Zacheas Munyao
whom he single handedly picked and placed him on our section as the manager even
without going through the board of directors because it’s me who won the interview
while Mr. Munyao had very Serious Integrity Issues.Sir , its on Record that Mr.Munyao
Stole KAA’s Finances while he was the officer in-charge Ukunda Airport and was
dismissed from Employment for almost seven years only to come back dubiously and be
made a manager.
Sir, for this you can do your investigations then you'll find out the truth. Thus, why he Mr.
Machio himself forgetingly revealed to me how he did this as I’ve explained.
5. I SHOUD BE DECLARED AS THE GEN MANAGER SAFETY AND OPERATIONS INSTEAD OF
MACHIO in my post retirement and be paid what Machio earned unlawfully.
6.Lose of my DC Pension Scheme lost due to my early retirement on medical grounds reason
for this being work inflicted illness.
7.MEDICAL
Sir, I’d like your office to help me get compensation for my current Ailment. Sir, this is because
my ailment is work inflicted with impunity .Sir, as I clearly stated there above, it’s their
demotion and mistreatment to me that inflicted these ailments to me and because of this, I
couldn’t continue doing my work and also couldn’t be eligible for my DC pension because the
regulation is that , one has to attain the age of 60 years in order to get this pension.Sir,by the
time my sickness overwhelmed me I was remaining with only 6 months to attain the age of 60
years yet our management couldn’t help me secure my pension yet they were the cause of
my early exit from employment.
Sir, as a result, I cannot afford the cost of my medication, be able to feed and pay school fees
for my school going children in addition cannot afford my other basic needs.

8. Recognition for being among the aviation safety instructors that founded the KAA training
school that’s Earning KAA massive revenues as well as scaling up the safety standards of our
airports.
9 .Compensation for subjecting me to public ridicule in-front of my juniors that led to my
depression and low sense of self esteem.
10.Destruction of my certificates in my file leaving it empty so that I couldn’t rise at all.
11Bundling me from office at Wilson Airport thereby exposing me to public ridicule yet I
wasn’t a Criminal.
12. Demoting me and subjecting me to hard labour that has threatened my mobility and
made me exit from my employment earlier thereby denied my DC pension on the very
cause of KAA through its HR Officers.
13.Stagnating me on one grade for more than 20years by their heinous act of destroying
my certificates and leaving my file just but a skeleton.
14. HR thwarting my dream of becoming a senator by destroying my degree certificate in my
file. Sir, by destroying my degree certificate made zero all my efforts of going to the
university for a good 3 years and a half only for the degree to be destroyed.Sir, by going
for a degree, I’d my plan of venturing into politics and to run for the position of my
county’s senate position , but by the HR destroying my file by tearing all my certificates, I
was stagnated thereby disabling me from pursuing my political dream.

15. Sir,I reported all these ill treatment to our HR top boss Mr. Njagi the top Chief executive of
KAA, but they couldn’t respond or deny my complaints at all and without stating any
reason as to why they could not helping me , imputing a bad motive on their ill actions
against me.

MY SUMMARY PRAYER
Sir, it’s my very good prayer that you’ll run with speed to help me get my justice by
punishing my perpetrators and help me get me get compensated. Sir ,these people should
be severely punished so as to serve as a good example for those with similar intensions
because they are over eighteen years and are versed with the Labour Laws of our country
as well as our constitution. Therefore, conspiring and colluding to defraud the Tax payers’
funds and mistreating other staff on the basis of their good performances should be
severely punishable to the culprits.
DESTRUCTION OF MY CERTIFICATES

Sir, it really paints me remembering how and why my certificates were destroyed by none
other than the Staff who’re the custodians of the same.Sir, surely how I suffered to get
these documents so as I tirelessly helped my employer to Achieve her Objectives and Goals
,that on my part I highly Anticipated to be rewarded by my Employer so as to achieve my
self set desires and Achievements , but only to end up this miserable.
Sir,I do feel that this’s the worst act of treatment one can do to his or her enemy. Sir,I hope
even for this act alone, you just have mercy on me and help me get my justice,because it’s
the worst fate that can happen to anybody in life.
THE COST ,THE TIME AND THE RISKS I UNDERWENT IN MY UNDERTAKING OF THE
INITIATIVE OF GOING TO THE UNIVERSITY:
Sir,considering the time and the money I spent on this venture by paying for the school
fees whereas my counterparts in employment were investing for their retirement, puts me
in a very ugly situation financially, hence my very humble appeal to you for this most
deserving assistance from you that I be granted my justice Sir.
Sir,I really suffered when going to the university as my supervisor would always block my
mstudies by imposing unnecessary assignments to me so that I could give up, but I
soldiered on with a lot of difficulties only to finish and hand the degree to our HR for my
possible promotion only for them to destroy it.
Attached please see my letters of correspondences to our gen manager HR and some of my
certificates including the Commendation Letter that Applauded me for my good
Performance that attracted the Eye of our late President Moi.
Sir, my commendation letter reads in part that am the best example of a leader to be
emulated by all.Am quite sure that this formed part of the major reasons why my file was
destroyed.
THE WORST OF FAKE QUALIFICATIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT BY MR.ROTICH ,A
COMMUNICATION REASERCHER AND LECTURER: SEE THE ATTACHED.

Sir,considering what our HR might have contributed to the tragedies to our Airports,they
should be severely punished because even the other culprits of fake papers have not been
reported to have messed up with work resulting in massive loses compared to these of the
HR, Yet they are serverely punished anyway.

OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION LAWS:


Sir,why did HR under Ms.Rose and Ouma transfer me to JKIA yet my position was not
there, and even when our Line manager refused to approve this transfer on the reason that
my position wasn’t there,they were just adamant, why?

Did the HR target me in so many ways including my health because under the
Occupational Safety and health Administration regulations , at my age in 2018 when I
was allocated those strenuous job, I was over 50 years hence not supposed to do such
strenuous Activities , yet HR is much aware of this and what they did.
Mr. Antony Njagi the HR GM
Sir,surely it’s quite disheartening for Mr. Njagi a very high ranking Character to be dragged
into the rot that exist in the HR department especially him being very new in the organization
and having been hired to fix the ills that bedevil HR department that is known for, both within
and outside KAA Circles. But Sir, the way things were happening, it could only confirm that our
HR department is destroyed in morals and ethics beyond repair.
Sir,back in the year 2019 around September, I went to Mr. Njagi’s office requesting for redress
on very serious injustices that the HR department had perpetrated against me with total
abandon. Sir,Mr. Njagi, really sympathized with me till I felt that I’d at the end of the day found
someone who’d help me get justice for what the HR had robbed me of, over the years.
Sir, just to start with,Mr. Njagi inquired from me if for example I’ve a degree to which I
affirmed . Sir, Mr. Njagi told me that if it’s true that I have a degree among other qualifications,
he’d no reason other than promoting me right away. So he called for my file to confirm my
claims, but Sir, quite surprisingly, when my file was brought to him, there was no any academic
certificates, not even my professional ones in that file.
Sir ,I was much stranded, very confused pondering what might have happened. Sir, Mr. Njagi
was very annoyed with me suggesting that I’m a liar. So he warned me very Sternly and
promised to take very stern disciplinary action that would include sacking and Prosecution. So
he gave me a period of two weeks to avail my documents to prove that I was hired in KAA
through the right process. Sir,in a record two days, I came back to his office armed to the teeth
with all my certificates, thus both academic and professional ones totaling 100 in number
acquired over my stay in KAA.However, he only took around 35 of them and handed the others
back to me.
Sir, please note that upon presenting these documents to him, he promised to promote me
after a thourogh scrutiny of the papers and carry out extensive and intensive investigation and
if he finds whoever vandalized my file, the same measure of disciplinary action he’d threatened
me with, would be meted instead to the culprits who did this to me.
Sir, now and again I used to go to his office to check out for any developments on these issue
but in vain, that he’d not found the culprit. So one day he Urged me to help him to investigate
on my own part if I could,to which I complied and started carrying out shrewed investigations ,
but quite amazingly Sir ,when I did my investigation and found out the HR officer who’d
vandalized my file, Mr. Njagi decided just to go mute on the matter. He started avoiding me by
saying he’s busy whenever I could make visits to his office whereas,not making any responses
to my complain letters on my burning issues especially on this one.

Sir, Mr. Njagi’s response to my request for promotion now that I’d furnished him with my
degree that had been destroyed by his HR officers, he promised to do so if the scourge of covid
would subside ,but did nothing even after the covid went. But I even wondered why subject
me to conditions of covid to which I’d nothing to do,but according ,me Covid was just a
scapecoat to squander my time of which came to pass anyway.
Attached also, please find his communication to me on this issue for your perusal.Sir,my
question is , why did he not punish the culprit who vandalized my file anyway as he promised
to.
Doesnt this indicate that the HR who own the unlawfull section created for Machio and
his cronies was handed over to Mr. Njagi as the in charge as is the norm anyway?

THE FOLLOWING IS THE LIST OF HR GENERAL MANAGERS SACKED BY THE BOARD FOR CROSS-
MISCONDUCT OF OFFICE:
i. General Manager - Mr. Omwango
ii. Manager HR - Mr. Tisi – 2003
iii. General Manager - Mr. Lenny Moss – 2003
iv. Ken Kaunda - Mr. Ken Kaunda – 2003-2014

The above used to solicit bribes of kind i.e. sex for promotions, nepotism and tribalism. Sir, it
should be strongly noted that, though the above managers were sacked for the injustices they
committed against the staff, the remaining lime managers frustrated our efforts to get our
issues addressed by sabotaging the job harmonization exercises hired by our chief executives
and even victimized some of us for having reported them for their wrongs against some of us.
Sir, I humbly invite you to go through the directives of our president,his Excellency Dr. William
Ruto and the EACC boss Mr. Twalib Mbarak concerning fake certificates and formation of
dubious offices or positions in order to swindle the government of its resources. Also see the
EACCS boss remarks on how corrupt Human Resource Departments have become very
corrupt in the government.
Sir, I humbly urge your office to punish the KAA HR staff very severely due to their serious
abuse of office that are almost bringing the KAA down to its knees due to their inept
corporate governance. Sir, this will go a long way towards serving as a lesson to such
managers with similar behavior and nib this culture of impunity in the bud.
REQUEST TO YOUR OFFICE TO LET MR. MACHIO COMPENSATE ME FOR SUCCESSFULLY
DELIVERING ON HIS ASSIGNMENT OF QUASHING MR. MUNYAO’S QUEST TO HOUND HIM
FROM OFFICE ON THE GROUND THAT HE’S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE OUR GEN. MANAGER SAFETY
and OPPERATIONS BECAUSE HIS QUALIFICATIONS BELONG TO THE SECURITY AND NOT SAFETY;
Sir, I humbly request your honorable office to have Mr. Machio Compensate me for having
quashed Mr.Munyao’s Plot to Kick him out of of on the very strong grounds that he doesn’t

merit to out GM safety and Operations for he’s an outsider hence doesn’t understand any
work functions in matters Aviation Safety yet being paid too much for doing nothing.
Sir, this came as a result of Mr. Machio having promised him , thus Mr. Munyao to be his official
deputy on rank as the deputy GM in exchange of Mr. Munyao being his mole in the expansive
Ground Flight Safety department that had demonstrated against him to the MD and to frustrate
me to resigning to which he was defeated courtesy of our Airport Mnager’s and our Airport HR
Manager’s intervention.
Sir, Mr.Munyao Plot against Mr.Machio by calvanising surport of the section’s staff from all
the Airports in Kenya so as he takes hem to the MD to make it resoundingly clear that our
section cannot be led by someone from out of the section because of his lack of understanding
very critical Technical issues. Something that was for sure dragging down the progress of the
section .
Sir, when Machio heard of these scheme, he started panicking because for sure, this would no
doubt bring him down.In light of this , in a surprise turn of heart, he decided to look for me to
help fix this uprising against him .So one evening he called me through the phone and told me
that we meet in his house because of the sensitivity of this issue. That among other things , I
propose to him somebody who’d replace Mr. Munyao as a Manager because Mr. Munyao’s
complaints of his incompetency had become unpardonable from all the Stakeholders.

Sir, we planned to meet after one week later and when I drove to his house,over a cup of tea,
he told me that Wakambas are very useless. He then went on to mention by name all the
Wakambas he’d promoted on his own yet, they don’t appreciate at all. He said that am the one
who single handedly picked Mr. Munyao from Malindi Airport, a junior man and made him the
Manager.Additionally Mr. Dominic Kaliva and Ms Gladys Sua, but they don’t appreciate.
However Sir, at this juncture , I just gathered enough of my strength and told him that pole
sana boss for this. I went on and told him , that but Sir, I don’t think you did good by
promoting my juniors over me and especially from one tribe. Sir to this , he did apologized and
promised to look for any opportunity that could be there in the section and let him know and
he’d promote me forthwith.
Sir, I at once Identified a position of Training and Admistration at JKIA ,and the office that he
left vacant following his promotion as the gen Manager Safety and Operations and another one
at the Wilson Airport as the section in-charge as the one who’s there, was just still in an Acting
capacity.
Sir, I talked to the officer who was acting in that position of the section in-charge and he agreed
because he favoured working in JKIA but not at Wilson . Sir, when Itold Mr. Machio of this
development, he said it was okay and send me to the GM HR Mr. Njagi who also was very fine
with that , but told to go back to Mr. Machio to write to him a commitment letter to that effect
for his actioning.
Sir, I went and told Mr. Machio this communication by Mr. Njagi, he told me to go see him the
following day ,that at that time ,he was rushing to a meeting .Sir The following day he was also

in a meeting, next not in office, next not picking my phone calls and lastly he tells me to wait for
restructuring Exercise rollout that was almost out. Sir I became unease about this but couldn’t
do anything else rather than just to wait.
However ,a few months later Mr. Njagi announces to the staff that, the restructuring Exercise
which had been going on from the year 2009 to the 2021 was over and that, it failed to
identify any bad placement of the staff whatsoever.
Sir, ther’s nothing that could describe mood of the entire Staff at the KAA. Very hurting having
waited that long for totally nothing .Sir,all the staff felt like fainting but could do nothing.
However Sir, at this time,I went back to Mr. Machio who decided to be dodging me together
with my phone calls at all time, yet on my part I effectively delivered on his assignment of
quashing Mr.Munyao’s Revolt against him by convincing my colleagues in all the Airport
that,following Mr.Munyao’s path to remove Machio from office could be termed as
insubordination against him as our boss and lead to disciplinary action which could cost us
greatly to which every staff applauded , and this the trick that saved his job yet he dodged me.

HR WHO’RE CULPABLE SHOULD BE MADE TO ACCOUNT FOR THE PROCEEDS THEY GAINED
FROM THE FORMATION OF THE UNLAWFUL POSTIONS AND THE CREATION OF THE
UNLAWFUL SECTIONS;

ASSAULT INCIDENT ON ME WHILE WORKING AT THE MOI AIRPORT IN 1992


Sir, KAA is so corrupt that some managers seem to have inherited the vices of impunity from the
government. Some of these managers, be it HR, accounts or finance is just corruption.

Sir , in 1992 while working in Mombasa, we were invaded by some of the notorious teen gangs
which usually terrorize some areas of Mombasa, cutting people, raiding everywhere and looting
their houses.
One day I fell a victim and when they entered my house on 2nd floor, I resisted them, but
they overwhelmed me because they were many.
Sir, they pushed me down and I fell down broke my ankle joint. Sir, I was referred to Aga Khan
Hospital where I stayed for a period of six months and incurred a huge bill. Sir, I reported this
matter to the office of the president and some money was sent by (OP) to help me clear the

bill, but sir, this money was not given to me by aerodromes at our HQ in Embakasi though it
was changing to KAA.
Sir, according to OP, money was sent to my station at the Airport but it was not given to me yet
even right now am still on medications to relieve my pain because a nail was put in my joint and
up-to now am always in pain especially during the cold season. But records at the OP indicate
that the money was sent to KAA HQ but never reached me.
Sir, sometime am not able to walk straight due to this accident. Therefore sir, am humbly
requesting your office to intervene and help me get compensation for this and whoever took
the money should be held to account.
Sir,I humbly request you to run with speed to stop Mr.Machio from Further earning 1m and
above for totally being a PARASITE to the Government together with his staff so as to save
KAA from making more loses.
HAVING BEEN BEDRIDDEN AFTER EXITING MY EMPLOYMENT;
Sir, ever since I exited my employment I’ve been bedridden and was not able to follow up this
matter. Additionally Sir, the small amount I was paid as lumpsum by one of my pension
schemes was very small and was not used well because of my being sick and not fully being in
a position of making sound decision as far as it’s use was concerned.
Sir,I started healing remarkably when our president his Excellency Wiliam Ruto and the
chairman of the EACC talked boldly against the vises of Fake certificates, Unlawful promotions,
Unlawful transfers and more importantly Unlawful Resignations from one section or
department targeting the Government monies. Sir, it’s after this as I started doing some physio
therapies with very renewed energies that have recorded very remarkable improvement and
using very strong pain killers am able to walk at least half a kilometer UNSURPORTED.May the
glory be to God,Anaweza.

BREAKING NEWS,BREAKING NEWS, BREAKING NEWS;
1.Sir,it’s coming as very good and encouraging development that, the HR KAA has advertised
some vacancies to be filled and luckily, the controversial position that was unlawfully given to
Mr. Harrison Machio has been designe back to the Ground Flight Safety Section where it
rightfully belongs,and not for anybody The Security Section or from outside.
2.Sir, I’ve reliably learned that,immediately I Exited from KAA,the Safety and Operations office
which was frozen by the HR,was hurriedly given to another Officer ,but this time again from our
section and this time without a degree,yet for my case when we did an interview with the
Hawkinf Consultant Firm,the HR changed tune and told me that ,the position is for a person
with a degree.However,when I went to study for a degree to qualify for the job,they,thus the
HR Destroyed my degree leaving my file without my certificates in order to give the job to Mr.
Machio as explained above in great detail.

Sir,it must be again brought to your attention that, according to HR Policy at KAA,if interviews
for a position are done and whoever wins the job does not take it for one reason or another or
he later gets another promotion leaving the office vacant, then whoever was number two
automatically is promoted to the vacant office left behind.Sir,I requested to be promoted to
that office but our HR couldt listen to this.Again that,when Mr. Machio used me to defuse
Mr.Munyao’s onslaught on him to quit the job on the grounds that he’s not one of us from our
section, he, Mr.Machio promised to promote me to take over that office among other positions
he promised me in case I deliveredon his assignment to undo Mr.Munyao’s Schemes.
Attached please find my letter showing my performance in the interview for the position yet
nothing.Sir,I find this to be the worst of discrimination that can be practiced anywhere.
