C. ASSESSMENT PLAN

• Oral Questioning

- This provides insight into the aptitude and character of the student and needs to be knowledgeable about single-phase
distribution, power, lighting, wiring, and cabling.
auxiliary systems.

- Needs to understand the components and connections of FACP and CCTV and each interview lasts no more than thirty
minutes.

• Performance Test

- This is to ascertain whether the trainee is competent for the position and roughing in, wiring, and cabling tasks for power,
lighting, auxiliary, and single-phase distribution must be completed.
systems.

- FACP and CCTV components and connections must be completed and the demonstration needs to be finished in five
hours.

• Written Test

- The purpose of this is to assess the trainee's theoretical understanding of electrical installation and upkeep.

- Needs to comprehend the parts and connections of CCTV and FACP systems.

- There are multiple-choice questions on the test, which has a maximum duration of 60 minutes.
D. TEACHER’S SELF REFLECTION ON THE SESSION

The application of project management to the planning and implementation of small and/or large-scale private or business events,
including festivals, conferences, weddings, formal parties, concerts, or conventions, is known as event management and services.
Prior to the event's launch, it entails researching the brand, determining its target market, creating the event concept, and organizing
the technical details.
.
1. Developing an event concept is one of the NCIII's core skills for event management and services.

2. For every learning outcome, the learning materials are provided. In order to prepare for their presentation, the trainees are
instructed to read the information sheets, complete the self-checks, and compare their results to the answer key. In
accordance with the competency-based curriculum and training rules, they are also given the tools they need to complete
their sessions, including the CBLM and tools, materials, and equipment.

3. The trainers and trainees will be the main users of this session plan. Other upcoming researchers and trainees working in the
same field will also find it useful.

4. This could be used and improved by other educators for the benefit of users in the future.
