WORK CONTRACT

This contract is applicable between company and workers , third party is not included in the whole
process of recruiting .

The company works on their own norms and condition that should be followed by the all workers
including company staffs .

TERMS AND CONDITION :

The company should provide all the legal documents and authorities to work in Kyrgyz republic .

If company found any workers doing illegal works like ( Consumption of alcohol , Group making ,
strike and other illegal activities then this workers will directly terminated from the organization ) .
If worker is not suitable and don’t know the respective work then they have to face some trouble like
salary decrement or termination .

In whole working period work should be follow the terms and condition of the company .
If workers don’t know the work then he should directly terminate from the company and he will travel back to
india by his own expenses .
First month salary will hold by the company and giving back while going back to india after work contract finish

WORK TENURE : working period is only for 1 year if worker want to increase work period then they
have to send the legal notice for their extension 1 month before .

ACCOMODATION : Company will provide 3 times of food and housing allowance and all the benefits
according to the company norms .
SALARIES : Company will pay 160 soms per hour and month salary will decided on the working
hours of the worker . Salary will fluctuate according to the workers performance .

TERMINATION PROCESS : If any case worker is terminated by the company then they have to bear
the expenses of returning back to india and company will impose a fine according to their
termination cause .
