lnterior and Local Governmenl issued a Memorandum with

against excessive, unnecessary, or unusually loud sound from
mobile sound systems and audio devices that exceed acceptable

communities;

WHEREAS, the City Government of Muntinlupa, through

similar policies.

groups, and organizations within Muntinlupa City who use or play

Ordinance, the following terms shall be defined as follows:
