Students desirous of continuing stay in the Hostel for AY 2025-26 must pay the advance Hostel charges as
mentioned in para (7) else will be required to vacate the Hostel without any further excuse.
A student once admitted to the Hostel continues to be a Hostel resident throughout the
period of one academic session. He / she will have to pay the room charges for the one
academic session in advance at the beginning of the semester. The amount will be forfeited
if the Hostel resident decides to leave the Hostel mid sessions.
Once my admission is done in the hostel ,student cannot discontinue or leave the Hostel, until one academic
year is complete . Knowing this if, student discontinue my stay or want to leave the Hostel in the middle of the
year full year fees will be charged.
All boarders are required to register for “Laundromint” Laundry facility and use the facility during his / her stay in the
Hostels. The laundry facility is compulsory, and all students are required to pay for the same with admission to the Hostels.
The paid amount is non-refundable if a student quits Hostel midterm.
Barrack Damage Fund will be applicable for all students who are admitted to the DYPKC Hostels. Rupees Five Hundred
Only (Rs. 1000/-) will be chargeable per annuum per student. The same will be deducted from their Interest Free
Refundable Security Deposit, commencing AY 2025-26.
Considering this as a routine circulation of notice, it is understood that respective Parents are being informed by everyone
on their own. No separate notices will be given for the Parents.
Ambiguity if any, can be resolved at the Hostel Office by concerned students at the earliest i.e. within 08 days from the
receipt of this notice. After this period,it will be presumed that the contents are known to the student and their parents.
