A J Institute of Engineering and Technology (AJIET), located in Mangaluru, Karnataka, is a

A.J-Institute of Engineering & Technology, Mangaluru, is pleased to organize its sixth
intercollegiate Techno-Cultural fest "AJIET AAKAR-2025" with the tagline "Brains, Guts and
Glory" on May 21 s t & 22 n d , 2025, at AJIET Campus. AJIET AAKAR-2025 is a splendid
platform to showcase students technical as well as cultural talents, providing an opportunity to
acquire feedback from professional entertainers and an enthusiastic audience to watch and
encourage talents.

GENERAL RULES
Spot registration is allowed for all events. Spot registration may be considered based on
the number of entries. Spot registration will be closed half an hour before the
commencement of the event.
Participants are requested to follow the punctuality
Participants should not disclose their identity or college name during the competition.
The participants should bring their valid college identity cards.
If any vulgarity, offensive language, misbehavior will result in immediate
disqualification and no arguments will be entertained. All participants should
participate with the healthy spirit.
The institution reserves the right to make any change in the rules to ensure smooth
functioning of the event.
In any event judge's decision will be final and binding to all, no arguments will be
entertained

rules:
Length of the bridge must be minimum 350mm.
The overall width of bridge must be minimum 100mm.
Model must include truss.
A concentrated load will be applied on the bridge in the centre.
The bridge design will be supported in between the 2 ends of the table.
There can only 2 participants in a team.
Fevicol, 100 Popsicle Sticks and thread will be provided.
The duration will be 2hrs for building the bridge, and 3hrs for drying period.
