SDL_RenderSetScale(renderer, .5f, .5f)
^ use a floating point variable (ie: zoom) to scale via mouse wheel.
text textures have some kind of glitch. still haven't figured out what might be
causing it. sometimes
wrong text shows up, sometimes stationTextures end up where text textures should
be. going to require testing.
sometimes description for battery upgrade in research screen doesn't show up.
