DATA CENTER MONITORING
GSS has a complete range of monitoring products for the data center. Rack mounted 1U monitoring
devices with connections for intelligent sensors, LCD displays, Modbus RS485 power meters. Fully SNMP
compliant for integration to DCIM software, or seamlessly integrate with GSS Server.

Cabinet thermal maps, and differential pressure sensors are specifically designed for hot and cold aisle
containment layouts.
CABINET THERMAL MAPS
Cabinet thermal map sensors monitor the temperature at intake and exhaust of the cabinet, top middle
and bottom. The temperature differential is also monitored.
• The addition of a differential pressure sensor can check for positive airflow from cold to hot aisles.
• When used with GSS Server, section views through cabinets and aisles can be made to view status.

GENERATOR MONITORING
GSS can interface with generator control panels over Modbus RS485, TCP/IP or SNMP. Get data such as
engine speed, oil pressures, temperatures and so on. Monitor, graph and alert when generator parameters
are beyond thresholds.

When Modbus communications are not available, GSS has power meters, fuel level sensors and battery
monitoring sensors can be installed.
