PROPOSED SOLUTION
• Queue Management is in place both at the receiving and registration end to ensure data integrity and service
uptime.
• Data mapping and verification of key invoice data with FBR allotted IDs is done by Haball
• All users are provided detailed reporting including event-wise timeline of the entire registration cycle for each invoice.
• Registration is broken down into two legs to minimize unnecessary traffic.

PROPOSED PROCESS
• The proposed process flow has been broken down into two legs:
• Invoice Request and Queuing
• Invoice Registration and Response
• This is to ensure data is first validated and then sent to FBR systems for registration (reducing
unnecessary traffic)
• This enables effective retry mechanisms to be implemented in case of registration failure due to
network and other issues.
• Once the data is validated, it is stored in a queuing process between Haball and FBR Once
registered, the QR code is generated and response is sent to the corporation
• Segregation of services enables increased efficiency in resource utilization and service response
time.

INVOICE POSTING PROCESS
The proposed process enables corporation to send request to Haball as soon as an Invoice is
generated in the ERP. Once validated, request is stored and sent to queue for registration.

INVOICE REGISTRATION PROCESS
Invoice is sent for registration to FBR and
upon successful response, QR code is
generated and sent to the corporate.
• Once the initial data is validated, Haball sends the
Invoice for registration to FBR
• If any network error occurs, auto retry attempts
are implemented at different intervals to ensure
registration of invoice
• If any error occurs, the error is sent back to the
corporation
• Once the invoice is successfully registered with
FBR, a unique QR code is generated by Haball
• The QR code along with the registration details
(FBR ID etc.) is sent to the corporation for storing
with the invoice data
• The invoice can now be printed in the ERP system
as well.
