You are required to write a 2,000-word (+/-10%) case study on Brian Chesky of Airbnb and Sir Richard
Branson of Virgin Group; and compare the impact of leadership on their respective organisations.

while Sir Richard Branson is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach to tourism and
hospitality. The comparison should focus on key themes of employee motivation, organisational
