3. Our Products:
Mango Pulp:
Mangoes, the aromatic pulpy fruit is widely cultivated in Sindh and Punjab and is easily one of the most
popular seasonal delicacies not only in Asia but also in the West. Known as the ‘King of Fruits,’ mangoes
are one of the major agricultural exports of Pakistan with high demand all across the world. Al-Rahim
Agri Processing (Pvt.) Limited is proud to bring a whole range of process mango products including pulps
and puree for local and global market. It offers from different varieties such as Desi (mixed), Sindhri,
Chaunsa, Dusehri, Langra and various others. The top-quality mangoes are hand-picked and then
processed into the pulp and puree. Mango pulp is mostly utilized in the production of juices, nectar, ice
cream, milk shakes, yogurt, jams and jellies.
Mango Pulp Manufacturing Process:
In order to obtain the premium quality in our mango pulp, we combine our finest, hand-picked mangoes
from different farmers with the most appropriate technology for processing. Once the mangoes are
carefully handpicked and brought into our plant facility, the mangoes are inspected, sorted, and
ripened. The matured mangoes after this are then washed and made available for processing. The
selected mangoes then go into a process of feeding, sorting, washing, brushing, final sorting, destoning,
pre-heat treatment, refining, standardization, batch tanks, and sterilization. Aseptic filling is done to
ensure that mango pulp meets the quality parameters. Our strong technical team who manages the
complete process and makes sure we deliver a product meeting international quality standard.
Guava Pulp and Puree:
Among the guava major producing countries, Pakistan is the second largest guava producing nation. It is
extensively grown in various parts of Pakistan, mainly Larkana. Mature and freshly plucked guava has a
sweet and attractive flavor. It is largely eaten fresh but is also used in jams and jellies. Besides its high
nutritive value, it bears heavy crop every year and gives good economic returns involving very little
input.
Al-Rahim Agri Processing (Pvt.) Limited makes guava Pulp and Puree from fresh, high-quality guava fruits
that are commercially sterile. The resulting guava puree is pure and creamy white in texture, ensuring
the highest quality standards. Guava puree is mostly utilized in the production of juices, nectars,
beverages, jams, jellies, fruit bars, and fruit desserts.
Guava Pulp and Puree Manufacturing Process:
After careful inspection and washing of the hand-picked guavas harvested across various regions of
Pakistan, the whole sound mature guava fruits are fed to the chopping mill to grind it into fine mash,
which is the passed through preheating stage and then to another machine to have the seeds, skin,
fibers and unripe portions removed and be reduced to a liquid. After this, the puree is filtered to ensure
that the result is free from all seeds. The guava pulp/puree obtained is pure and creamy in texture. We
have a strong technical team who manages the complete process and makes sure we deliver a product
meeting international quality standard.
Peach Pulp:
The scope for Peach is huge in Pakistan especially in the northern areas of Pakistan which gives us
benefit of promoting the processing industry in the international market with the quality of peaches
cultivated in Pakistan for value addition and export. Al Rahim-Agri Processing (Pvt.) Limited brings its
premium quality peach pulp which features a creamy yellow texture and an authentic peach fruit flavor.
Majority of our peaches are picked from Swat.
Peach Pulp and Puree Manufacturing Process:
We obtain our peach pulp by combining the best quality hand-picked peaches with best technology. The
peaches are destoned and then passed through a pulper machine where they are reduced to a liquid.
Our refreshing Peach concentrate is full of pulp and with a dose of goodness. The entire process from
carefully plucking the fresh fruits, feeding, sorting, washing, brushing, final sorting, chopping, pre-heat
treatment, refining, standardization, batch tanks, and sterilization. Aseptic filling is done to ensure that
mango pulp meets the quality parameters. Our strong technical team who are quite hands-on and make
sure that the resulting product matches our desired quality standards.
Apple Pulp and Puree:
Pakistan ranks at 9th with the most area under cultivation for apples which speaks its huge yield
potential of high-quality deciduous fruits. Al-Rahim’s Processing Pvt. Ltd.’s Apple Puree is derived from
fresh and hand-picked apples. It can be used to prepare delectable syrups, jams, juice, baby foods and
fruit bars. The apple puree we export has a sweet taste, texture and fragrance of an authentic and juicy
apple.
Apple Pulp and Puree Manufacturing Process:
At Al-Rahim Agri Processing (Pvt.) Limited, we produce one of the best apple purees from the juicy
variety of apples, grown in the tropical regions of Baluchistan. For the manufacturing of pulp and puree,
fresh apples are carefully picked and sorted. The selected apples go thorough feeding, sorting, washing,
brushing, final sorting, chopping, pre-heat treatment, refining, standardization, and batch tanks to get
the resulting pulp/puree. This puree can be converted in Apple puree concentrate by processing it
through the evaporator. The pulp/puree is then sterilized and filled into aseptic bags. We ensure that all
our resulting products are manufactured keeping the needs and international quality standards in mind.
Tomato Paste:
In Pakistan, tomato production mainly comprises of Sindh and Baluchistan. Tomato paste is a thick
looking concentrate made of red tomatoes. Our aseptic tomato paste is known globally for its consistent
quality and natural taste. With this product, we aim to stand out and become the most preferred
tomato puree manufacturers not just in Pakistan, but globally.
Tomato Paste Manufacturing Process:
Al-Rahim’s Agri Processing’s aseptic tomato paste is created by critically screened and selected fresh
tomatoes being washed and then it is passed through the process feeding, sorting, washing, brushing,
final sorting, chopping, pre-heat treatment, refining, standardization, batch tanks and evaporation to
bring it to 28° brix. The convenience and versatility of Al-Rahim’s Agri Processing’s tomato paste is
unparalleled. This paste is made from fresh tomatoes to ensure best product quality.

Al-Rahim Agri Processing (Pvt.) Limited has a production plants of international level, which takes fruit
processing to another level, furthermore, helps with mass production while optimizing the maximum
efficiency. Our company has immense potential, with ever-changing dynamics as we invest our time and
efforts in the latest technologies for production and manufacturing of processed pulp and purees. The
plant facility is strategically located in the heart of the country at Kharipur, Sindh, which ensures that
best quality fruits are easily accessible.
Our plant facility includes all machines and system required for weighing, feeding, washing, sorting
brushing, destoning, heating, evaporation and cold storage.
In order to stay consistent with our production, along with the exceptional quality of plants, we have a
strong technical team who manage, complete processes and make sure we deliver a product meeting
international quality standard.
The plant facility has an in-house lab that caters to all quality control test during processing cycle. The
lab equipment is of international standards with item sourced from Fenco Food Machinery, Italy. The lab
can conduct chemical and microbiological test with internationally accepted results.
