业务场景介绍
 本业务场景将帮助您对退货过程从开始到结束进行准确的跟踪，以使您
公司和客户的不便减少到最小。本场景支持公司处理计划外的客户退货。
当被退产品到达仓库时，一个内向交货被创建，参考单据被验证，并决
定了贷记金额。然后根据需要创建贷记凭证，同时自动触发付款过程并
调整库存。

客户退货管理

 计划外收货的客户退货
本场景描述了计划外的客户退货。一笔送货到达仓库并确定是客户退回
的。被退产品直接收入仓库，无需详细的物流任务处理过程。然后客户
贷记凭证被创建。

 无需贷记凭证的客户退货
本场景描述了计划外的客户退货。一笔送货到达仓库并确定是客户退回
的，同时客户要求重发货来补足已退回的货物。被退产品通过物流任务
处理先收到仓库，然后报废。基于客户退货来创建补发货的销售订单，
并确保销售价格为零，参照标准发货流程来交货给客户。
