 Inventory
All necessary inventories required for vehicle CNG conversion, ensuring quality,
standardization, and compliance with safety regulations. RFC cannot source or
install third-party CNG kits outside of the inventory provided by CNGFirst.

6 Months Loss Cover Commitment

If the franchise is unable to generate enough revenue to meet the minimum required
operational cost of ₹1,60,000 per month, we will reimburse the gap for the first 6
months to ensure financial stability and business growth.

Ensuring a Risk-Free Start for Franchise Partners

CNGFirst understands that building a customer base takes time, and to support our
franchise partners, we offer a 6-month loss cover guarantee. If the franchise is unable to
generate enough revenue to meet the minimum operational cost of ₹1,60,000 per month,
we will reimburse the gap for the first 6 months.

• CNGFirst reimburses the total shortfall during the loss-cover period.

Minimum Covered Area 1,500+ sq. ft.
Location Type Roadside property with high vehicle movement for easy access
Proximity to CNG Fuel Station Must be within 1-2 km of a functional CNG refueling station
Parking & Service Space Must accommodate at least 4-6 vehicles at a time for fitment and queue management
Electricity Supply Stable power connection to support tools and machinery
Water Supply Continuous water availability for cleaning and operational requirements
Security & Compliance Premises must meet fire, safety, and environmental regulations

Investor/Owner Profile:

Criteria Details
Prior experience in the automobile industry, service workshops, or franchise operations
Business Experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Financial Stability Must be capable of investing ₹45,00,000 without liquidity issues.
Operational Commitment Willing to actively manage or oversee the business operations for long-term success.
Ready to follow CNGFirst’s operational guidelines, training, and quality control

 • The earnings per vehicle mentioned in this proposal are specifically for CNG
retrofitment services.
• If new services are introduced in the future, CNGFirst will provide an updated
earnings chart as an annexure from time to time.
• The RFC is strictly prohibited from offering any unauthorized services outside the
scope of CNGFirst-approved services.
• Any deviation from the approved service list may lead to contract termination and
loss of franchise rights.
