Procedure Characteristics
1. G rind all pigments separately with the grinder for 5 minutes Aspect Tinted cream
for each one.
2. Mix xanthan gum + veegum ultra with glycerin.
3. Heat the water to 45–50ºC and add the mixture, mix during
20–30 minutes.
4. Heat the phase A and B [without BRB CM50] to 75–80ºC.
5. Disperse well phase C in phase B for 5 minutes (9.500 rpm)
(turrax).
6. Add phase A to phase BC in turrax for 3 minutes (9.500
rpm).
7. Homogenize phase ABC for 5 minutes (Silverson: 4.000
rpm).
8. Cool down to 40–45ºC whilst stirring slowly (200 rpm).
9. Add phase D and E to phase ABC keeping slowly stirring.
10. Allow to cool down to room temperature whilst stirring
slowly.
11. Adjust final pH to 5.50–6.00, if necessary.
