• Can learn and support Ford IT Infrastructure (Application Servers, Databases, Networks etc.).
• Has an excellent troubleshooting skill with the capability of analyzing and resolving Technical
and performance issues.
• Can develop manual and automated unit tests and functional tests.
• Has a good knowledge on Agile methodology of software development.
• Can provide production and operations support to the product teams to meet the agreed
recovery timelines.
• Flexible to quickly learn new technology and build solution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Vibrant presentation skills.

Good to have skills:

• Has proficiency in one of the IT Infrastructure domains (Networks, Servers etc.)


• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
• Has a good understanding on one of the Cloud Platforms (Google Cloud, MS Azure etc.).
• Has the ability to proactively identify problems and recommend resolution.
• Has the ability to stay in touch with the recent technology trends in the industry.
• Has a good understanding on Microservices and Cloud native architectures.
Educational Qualification: BE & BTech (CS/ IT/ ECE) / MCA

Eligibility Criteria:
• A Minimum aggregate of 60% or above in the present course with no Active Backlogs/Arrears.

• Offered Candidates should be available to join as Interns by Jan 2025. Final confirmation on
the Internship will be communicated by Dec 2024.

• Should be flexible to work in shifts as per the Job needs.

• Candidate should be a Citizen of India and should hold all relevant documents related to
citizenship.
