DAY WISE ITINERARY

DAY 01 : Arrival in Delhi | Transfer to Dehradun(Approx.6 Hours)
Meal : Dinner

● On arrival at delhi and meet a representative who

will help you get transferred to your pre booked Hotel.

● Reach Dehradun also known as ‘Adobe of Drona.’

● Upon arrival , check-in and get driven to explore

this beautiful city.

● Later in the evening, you can explore around the

hotel or take a stroll across the pretty streets and
landscapes of the hill station.

● Overnight stay in Dehradun.

DAY 02 : Dehradun Sightseeing tour | Transfer to Mussoorie
Meal : Breakfast & Dinner

● After having healthy breakfast Start with stunning Sahastradhara and the
intriguing Robbers Cave, surrounded by hills and offers a refreshing spot.

● Next, pay homage at the sacred Tapkeshwar Mahadev Temple and finally,
admire the iconic architecture of the Forest Research Institute.

● After sightseeing drive to Mussoorie.

● The rest of the day can be spent indulging in leisure activities.

DAY 03 : Sightseeing in Mussoorie | Witness the somersault of the milky streams
from the Gigantic Kempty Waterfalls
Meal : Breakfast & Dinner

● After having a hearty breakfast, head out to explore the beautiful town of
Mussoorie.
● Visit famous Kempty waterfalls which is 15Kms approx. from Mussoorie.It is a
popular tourist point in Mussoorie.
● You can also visit Cloud Ends (at your own cost) which is 7Kms approx. from
Mussoorie. It is the highest point of Mussoorie offering an awesome view to
tourists.
● Have lunch (at your own cost) and visit Camels Back Road which is around
3Kms where rocks are shaped like a hump of camel at the end of the road.
● Later visit Gun Hill Point which is the second highest point in Mussoorie. You can
also enjoy the view through a cable car at your own cost. It offers a complete
view of Mussoorie.
● In the evening visit Gun hill road and mall road for shopping.

DAY 04 : Mussoorie to Dhanaulti and Kanatal | Plant a flowering plant at the Eco-

● Head out for the sightseeing tour to Dhanaulti

Ø No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation
segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health,
Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither
refundable nor exchangeable.
Ø AC will not work in Hill Stations.
Ø Rates may fluctuate during festive seasons (i.e. Independence Day, Holi, Diwali, New
Year etc.)

TERM AND CONDITIONS

Ø No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation
segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable
nor exchangeable.
Ø Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in
in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
Ø No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your
expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis

CONFIRMATION POLICY

Ø The Above package can be booked by paying token amount which is 25% of the total
amount for booking.
Ø The client has to complete 75% (25+50 %) of total amount within one month from the
booking date.
Ø The remaining 25% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Ø Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged 20% Of Total Package .
Ø Cancellations between 16 days to 30 days before start date, 35% of tour cost would be
charged as retention.
Ø Cancellations between 10 days to 15 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be
charged as retention
Ø Cancellations between 05 to 07 days 0f Check in 100% of the booking will be charged.

AMENDMENT {POSTPONE & PREPONE POLICY}

Ø In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to
kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail.
Ø The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if
intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second
time will attract additional charges.
Ø Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply
postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases
postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
 Ø In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to
availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
Ø We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare
cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be
intimated to you beforehand.
Ø The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year
from the date of advance payment.
Ø The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you
can pass on you’re booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to
transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
