Terms and Conditions:
1. Customer must have a representative available to assist or supervise during the on-site calibration service.
2. Equipment for on-site calibration must be operated by the customer. In case that may not be possible,
assistance in operating and liability falls on the customer.
3. The customer shall be responsible for any dismantling/reassembling of equipment.
4. The ideal environmental conditions for on-site calibration are between 18C-28C and 30%RH-80%RH. If
conditions are not met, calibration will not be performed unless the customer signs the Request for Calibration
acknowledging the risks of calibrating outside of the ideal environmental conditions.
5. If available, equipment operation manuals must be provided.
6. Equipment must be available during the scheduled service (pick up/on-site). Any excess hours will be subject
to charges or rescheduling/cancellation of service.
7. Equipment for inhouse calibration must have a proper case or container suitable for transport.
