This Seminar “Identification of real needs of a customer” Program, organized by,
Dr .D.C.Jullie Josephine,HOD/IT. Dr.Beulah David, Professor/CSE, Saveetha School of Engineering, Thandalam is the resource persons in this event. The seminar conducted offline on 13 March 2025, from 2.30 PM to 3:45 PM at CSE Seminar Hall. The event is organized to second and third-year IT students, with Principal Dr.C.Ramesh Babudurai and Head of the department Dr.D.C.Jullie Josephine, addressed. The seminar “Identification of Real Needs of a Customer” is based on principles of customer psychology, active listening, needs assessment techniques, and consultative selling. It draws from fields like marketing, sales, behavioral analysis, and customer relationship management (CRM) to help professionals accurately identify and fulfill customer needs, leading to improved satisfaction and business success.
