Ikuti petunjuk berikut untuk gunakan layanan eSIM:

1. Pastikan perangkat kamu telah mendukung layanan eSIM dan status IMEI perangkat terdaftar di
Kementerian Perindustrian (Kemenperin) sesuai peraturan yang berlaku.
2. Pastikan kamu memiliki koneksi internet, baik Wi-Fi ataupun melalui jaringan seluler pada kartu
SIM fisik.
3. Pada perangkat/handphone:
a. iPhone: Buka Pengaturan -> Seluler -> Tambahkan eSIM
b. Android: Buka Pengaturan > Koneksi > Manajer SIM > Tambahkan eSIM
4. Pindai kode QR di atas. eSIM hanya dapat digunakan di satu perangkat. Kamu tidak dapat pindai
pada perangkat lain setelah eSIM profil akif di perangkat sebelumnya. Pastikan pindai kode QR
pertama kali pada perangkat yang akan digunakan.
5. Tunggu hingga proses instalasi selesai dan terima notifikasi “eSIM Ditambahkan”

Cara Registrasi eSIM:


1. Pilih "OK" saat muncul pesan registrasi di layar handphone anda saat eSIM berhasil terpasang, lalu
ikuti langkah selanjutnya.
2. Jika pesan tidak muncul, ketik NIK#NomorKartuKeluarga# SMS ke 4444 atau telepon ke *4444# dan
ikuti langkah selanjutnya contoh SMS : 123456780123456#3201060401130027# kirim ke 4444.
3. Registrasi bisa dilakukan melalui Aplikasi MySF atau melalui galeri smartfren terdekat.

Follow the instructions below to start using eSIM services:

1. Make sure your device supports eSIM services and the device's IMEI status is registered with the
Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Make sure you have an internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or via the cellular network on
your physical SIM card.
3. On your device/phone:
a. iPhone: Open Setting > Cellular > Add eSIM
b. Android: Open Setting > Connection > SIM Manager > Add eSIM
4. Scan the QR code above. eSIM can only be used on one device. You cannot scan on another device
once eSIM profile is active on the previous device. Make sure to scan the QR first on the device
you want to use.
5. Wait for Activation Process to complete, than restart your device. You're all set! Enjoy new
experience with smartfren eSIM.

How to do eSIM Registration:


1. Select "OK" when the registration message appears on your hand phone screen when the eSIM is
successfully installed, then follow the next steps.
2. If message doesn't appear, type NIK#Family Card Number# SMS to 4444 or call *4444# and follow
the next steps. example SMS: 123456780123456#3201060401130027# send to 4444.
3. Registration can be done through MySF Apps or through the nearest smartfren gallery.
