Quotation For Inventory & Accounting Application


In consideration of the Software Development and other allied services by the Service Provider, the total
cost of Inventory & Accounting Application will be : $5,145 (Five Thousand and One Hundred Forty Five
only) - Detailed Breakup in ANNEXURE-I

Detailed business flow of Software in ANNEXURE-II

The payment shall be paid in the following schedule:

Advance (after signing of agreement by both parties) – 30% of total cost

At the time of UAT Deployment ( it means after development work completed and client start testing)
– 50%
At the time of Production Deployment – 20 %

Time duration - Service provider will deliver the product in 3months from the date of service
agreement signed

Other Benefits -
The Service Provider agrees to provide free technical support, bug fixes, and necessary training to the
Client for 3months from the date of final submission of the Software

After 3 months if client needs, we can provide yearly maintenance in just $1000. In this yearly
maintenance, we will take care of any problem comes with software, server, data issues

Free hosting of software for one year


Source code, data, everything related to software will be given to client so no dependency on us
for future. Client can run the software for life time without any charge.
