affirm and state on Oath as follows:

1. I state that I am the petitioner in the above petition. I am


acquainted with the facts of the case. Hence, I am swearing
to this affidavit.

2. I state that I am not well acquainted with the procedure and


proceedings before this Court. Hence, it is has become
necessary to avail the service of an advocate. Hence, It has
become very much necessary to engage an advocate to
represent me before this Court in the proceedings before
this Court in the above petition. Hence, the accompanying
application.

3. In the event the accompanying application is not allowed, I


will be put to great hardship and inconvenience. In the
event the accompanying application is allowed no hardship
or prejudice will be caused to the respondent
