Job Description:
Should have 1 to 2 years of experience in BPO Operations (preferably travel related)
Excellent grasping powers able to understand the various processes.
Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skill. Handles communications (both written
and verbal) with client and management in a correct and positive manner.
Ability to work in flexible work schedule, including holidays.
Should demonstrate high energy: maintains progress and enthusiasm throughout the completion of a
task.
Should be able to think, plan, and work without the guidance or supervision of others.
Works towards the goals set. Demonstrates positive outlook towards mundane tasks.
Uses existing information to logically evaluate situations and solve problems. Summarizes and makes
inferences from past information to resolve process related issues.
Meticulous execution of work with no delay or scope of errors.
Daily/weekly/monthly/adhoc process related reporting.
Open to feedback and work on it promptly. Requests feedback and uses the same for improvement.
Handles communications (bother written and verbal) with client and management in a correct and positive
manner.
Demonstrates sincere interest in solving a client’s problems. Thinks and works proactively. Gives prompt
service, provides service within the promised time; is never too busy to respond to the client.
Demonstrate understanding not only of the business of the client but also of the unexpressed needs of the
client.
