Subject: Application requesting for original letter.
Respected sir,
With humble submission and a big salute, I, Ex. JC 629655 Nb/Sub Asil Kumar
Shahi, respectfully submit the following for your kind attention and necessary
action:
The letter bearing reference no. 24/1988/Assam 245(P) 4607, dated 28th
October 2024, was forwarded from the PPO Pokhara via the Indian Embassy,
Kathmandu, to AG (A&E), Assam, located at Maidam Gaon, Beltola – 781029, as
per the standard procedure.
As per available records, the Indian Embassy, Kathmandu dispatched the letter
to Kunarghat under letter no. 11/2024, dated 28th November 2024, serial
number 39. Subsequently, the Kunarghat office affixed an ordinary postal stamp
and dispatched it further to AG(A&E), Assam, on 1st March 2025. However, it has
come to my notice that AG (A&E), Assam has not received the said letter till date
and frequent reminder has been sent from the office to us.
Therefore, I humbly request you to kindly reissue the original letter, last payment
certificate and lost certificate to take necessary steps.
I shall remain ever grateful for your kind help and prompt action in this matter.
