I am writing this letter to request your permission to enable me do my dietetics internship in your
esteemed hospital, University College Hospital, Ibadan
I am a fresh graduate of Bachelor of Sciences from the Nutrition and Dietetic department of Federal
University of Agriculture Abeokuta. I have a practical experience in dietetics during my industrial
training at University College Hospital, Ibadan and Oni Memorial Children Hospital. I also have
a practical experience on individual basis to decide on patients and plan usual and beneficial
menus, nutrition education and counseling as I currently work at the Ring Road State Hospital,
Ibadan.
I am eager to contribute my enthusiasm and work ethic to the dietetics department. Thanks for
considering my application.
