Here is a checklist based on the Important Instructions for Candidates provided in your source,

designed to be useful for both parents and students:

Before the Exam Day:

• Download all pages of the Admit Card. The Admit Card has three pages: Page 1 with
Centre Details, Page 2 for the Postcard Size Photograph, and Page 3 with Important
Instructions.
• Ensure your Admit Card has your signature, pasted photograph, and clear Left-Hand
Thumb Impression affixed in the designated spots.
• Check your eligibility status as mentioned on the Admit Card. The Admit Card is
provisional and subject to satisfying eligibility conditions.
• Visit the examination venue one day prior to check the location. This helps avoid
problems on the day of the examination.
• Bring an updated copy of your Aadhaar Card.
• If you are a PwD/PwBD candidate claiming relaxation, ensure you bring your valid
PwD/PwBD Certificate issued by the Competent Authority. Details regarding the facility
of a Scribe are available in the Information Bulletin.
• If seeking compensatory time, candidates may be required to fill out or give an
Undertaking at the centre. Candidates must enter required details in the Undertaking on
the Admit Card legibly.
• Check the NTA websites (nta.ac.in, https://neet.nta.nic.in) regularly for updates.
• Check your registered e-mail address and SMS for the latest updates and information.

On the Exam Day (Arrival):

• Reach the Centre at the time indicated as the Reporting/Entry time on the Admit Card.
• Do not attempt to enter the Centre after the Gate Closing time. No candidate will be
permitted entry after this time.
• You will be frisked using a Hand Held Metal Detector (HHMD) before entry.
• You will not be allowed to enter the examination Centre without your Admit Card.
• You will not be allowed to enter without a Valid ID Proof.
• Only carry a transparent water bottle.
• You may carry an additional photograph (same as uploaded on the Application Form) to
paste on the Attendance Sheet.
• Do not carry any personal belongings, including electronic devices, mobile phones, or
any other prohibited items listed in the Information Bulletin. The Examination Officials
are not responsible for the safe keeping or loss of personal belongings.
• Biometric attendance (Iris/Fingerprint/Face Recognition) will be taken at the entry point.

During the Exam:

• Strictly follow all instructions given by the Invigilator and Centre Staff.
• Stay at the Centre until the completion of the examination.
• On completion, wait for instructions from the Invigilator before leaving your seat.
• You will only be permitted to move from your seat after being instructed.
• Blank paper sheets for rough work will be provided in the Examination Hall/Room.
• Do rough work only in the space provided on the Test Booklet. Failure to do so may
result in the non-evaluation of your answer sheet.
• Bio-Breaks will only be allowed after the first one hour and before the last half an hour of
the examination.
• Biometric attendance will be taken upon break/re-entry.
• Do not indulge in any unfair examination practices. Candidates found using Unfair
Means are liable for strict action including debarment from appearing in all examinations
conducted by NTA. NTA uses analytical tools and technologies to detect unfair
means/cheating.
