Ref: High Court's Notification No. 122/2025, dated: 06.06.2025.

The District Judges, who have been transferred and posted, vide
High Court's Notification cited above, are required to hand over charge of their
respective posts and also full additional charge of the posts, if any, held by them to
any of the nearest District Judge / Additional District Judge / Presiding Officer, III
Additional Labour Court, Chennai, as the case may be, on 06.06.2025 A.N., and
take charge of their respective new posts, within the joining time as prescribed
under relevant rules.

Tmt.V.Anuradha, District Judge, functioning as Judge, Family Court,
Madurai, now on Medical Leave, who has been transferred and posted as Judge,
Family Court, Erode, vide High Court's Notification cited above, is deemed to
have been relieved from the post of Judge, Family Court, Madurai, on
06.06.2025 A.N., and on expiry of Medical Leave, she is required to take charge
of her new post of Judge, Family Court, Erode, immediately.

N.D.P.S. Act, Chennai, vide High Court's Notification cited above, is required to
take charge of her new post, oli the same day.

After taking charge of the post of Sessions Judge, Special Court for
exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chenna;i, Tmt.S.Padma, District
Judge is required to hold full additional charge of the post of Sessions Judge,
Mahalir Neethimandram, Chehnai, until further orders.
