COMMERCIAL TERMS
The price is on the basis of Ex-works Noida, Un-Packed. Our liability is
PRICE limited to the cost of Boosters and we are not liable for the incidental cost and
related to plant process cost and any hidden costs at site.
P. & F. Extra @5% on basic value.

DELIVERY
and approvals of drawings (whichever applicable)
The equipment is warranted against manufacturing defects for 18 months from
the date of supply/12 months from the date of Installation. This is, however,
subject to our standard warrantee conditions.
Our guarantee is limited to the machine being supplied and not of the overall
project and process plant operation. We are not the designer of the plant
process. We will not be responsible for any damages at site in the plant. The
WARRANTY
client has to operate the Boosters or vacuum pumps or compressor exactly in
line with the O&M manual instructions and limited to the parameters defined
in offer.
Any damage in the equipment when received at site must be reported within
48 hours of receipt at site else it will be treated that the equipment has been
received in good condition.
Our offer is valid for 30 days and thereafter, it is subject to our confirmation in
VALIDITY
writing.
We can arrange transit Insurance of the equipment if required at nominal extra
INSURANCE
@1%.
All disputes, suits and proceedings concerning this case shall have jurisdiction

of only Delhi
