performance/242429
Summary:
This empirical study examines the impact of e-management on the performance of Tunisian firms. E-
management refers to the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) to manage and
improve organizational processes and activities. The study surveyed several firms in Tunisia to gather
data on their use of e-management and their organizational performance.
The results of the study indicate that e-management has a positive impact on organizational
performance, particularly in terms of cost reduction, customer satisfaction, and innovation. The study
also found that the level of e-management adoption varied among Tunisian firms, with larger firms and
those in the services sector being more likely to adopt e-management practices.
The study concludes that e-management can be an effective tool for improving organizational
performance, but that its adoption requires a significant investment in ICT infrastructure, employee
training, and organizational change management. The study suggests that firms should carefully
evaluate their readiness for e-management adoption and develop a clear strategy for its
implementation.
Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the impact of e-management on organizational
performance and highlights the importance of careful planning and investment in ICT infrastructure and
human resources to successfully implement e-management strategies.
